Welcome to "Maison-Oyan". Here the owners Steffen and Susana, a German-Spanish couple, have tastefully renovated a typical regional farmhouse. The house dates from the 18th Century. The stable, barn and house have become 4 comfortable holiday apartments. The apartments are called Etable, Greniere, Larrun and Ganbera .. Each apartment has its own separate entrance and offers enough space to enjoy the tranquility. Guests can really feel at home here.
Access to the apartment is via stairs and the balcony to the front door. The apartment has an orientation in 3 directions, with an idyllic view of the mountains, and is spoiled by the southern orientation with light and sun. Two windows and two glazed exits to the terrace give enough light to the spacious living room with integrated kitchen. The modern kitchen, equipped with all amenities, is integrated into the living room. In the back of the apartment are the two cozy bedrooms.
In the living room, the old roof beams are visible like a mansard. An enormous volume was created, which conveys an incomparable living pleasure. At the same time, care was taken to furnish the apartment with all modern amenities, an aesthetic division of the rooms and a contemporary decoration.
The apartment is insulated according to the latest criteria, with state-of-the-art windows and doors. All rooms are equipped with heaters. The floor of the apartment is made of very high quality laminate, the bathroom is laid out with clay tiles.
