Vacation apartment/apartment for 2 guests with 54m² in Klingberg (25552)

The apartment 4 is the first apartment, which has also received a name from us.

She is our Mickey Mouse apartment. So named because we used a lot of Mickey Mouse objects in the setup.

It should be a home especially for young people. The first holiday guests were a very nice pensioner couple. We optically "defused" the apartment in the following years.

It is located on the mezzanine floor and has a very large balcony overlooking the orchard and the beech forest "Scharbeutzer Heide", a living-dining room, a bedroom, a full bath and an open kitchen area.

The farm is a former fruit estate, built in 1912 and initially used as a holiday guesthouse, in 1998 passed into the private ownership of the family.

After reconstruction and renovation romantic apartments and bed and breakfast rooms were created. In the adjoining Hofcafé, all guests now have the opportunity to have breakfast and to be pampered by home-made cakes.

It was a special concern of the new owners, atmospheric romantic and cozy apartments to design, yet comfortable and very comfortable furnishings.

The informal and informal atmosphere in the yard, where a park-like garden with barbecue area and pavilion was created on a 5.000 m2 plot, combined with the peace and the cosiness of the apartments are known not only in Klingberg and Scharbeutz, but especially guests from the metropolitan areas and large cities appreciate this. And yet it is only about 15 minutes bike path to the beach of the Baltic Sea and the center of Scharbeutz.

The large Lake Pönitz with swimming area and the largest dog run area Ostholstein reach within walking distance.
