Where the Münsterland shows its most beautiful side, are in the midst of green between fields and meadows our newly built and modern apartments. The tranquil village of Ahaus-Alstätte lies in close proximity to the Dutch border and the city of Enschede.

Take a break from everyday life at our pond and garden or take a bike ride with the whole family and relax in the evening on the spacious balcony. Enjoy the highest level of comfort with a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, WLAN, a walk-in shower and the appropriate equipment for the little ones: cot, highchair and Treppengitter.
