This place is a great easy stay for a couple days in Honolulu. It is close to the beach and some good food places. You will need to ask about parking if you are planning to rent a car. The check in process is fairly simple and Tiffany responds to messages fast. Overall, it is a good stay and was exactly what we needed

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay, clean, 15/20 minute walk to the heart the tourist part of the city. Tiffany was always quick to reply to answer any questions before and during our stay.

SMALL COMFORTABLE, EASY WALKING ACCESS TO FOOD AND FOOD TRUCKS, TRAMWAY AND BEACH.SOFA BED NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED IF IT IS TO BE SLEPT ON. THE LOCK ON THE SLIDING DOOR DOES NOT WORK WELL. NEED INSTRACTIONS FOR TV.

Great location, small and simple

We stayed 6 nights at this property and overall it was a good experience. Tiffany the host was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was an issue with the wifi when we arrived that required a technician to come fix, and Tiffany helped to expedite that process as much as possible.The apartment is pretty small and decently clean, fine for 2 people. The view from the balcony is amazing!There were several helpful amenities included, such as beach chairs, a boogie board, & a small fan. The building’s pool was really nice too.We had some trouble with the hot water in the shower, sometimes it randomly would never warm up. Seemed like the water heater may be shared with another unit?Also, definitely recommend reserving parking in advance with Tiffany’s discount!! You do not wanna have to search/pay for parking here every day!

Unit was clean, owner was attentive to questions, and the parking for the week was ah-mazing and affordable. IMO a no brainer if you're trying to figure out where to stay.

I was looking for a place to stay for a few days and this condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable, and I had a question for the owner at Check-in (I didn’t understand one of the security locks) and I received assistance immediately. Very good central location to Waikiki and Ala Moana Center.

Awesome convenient stay with cheaper parking

Really liked the layout of the room and the balcony was amazing and super fun to sit on at night. The location was super convenient since we had a rental car and the parking was very reasonable and easy to find and had a designated spot. We really liked how quiet it was also and the host was really responsive. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you!

Location, convenience

The location is superb being close to Ala Moana Mall, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Waikiki. ABC store around the corner for all our needs as well as restaurants, Starbucks, Lu'au at Hilton and Friday night fireworks over the ocean. The condo itself was extremely well appointed and very clean. The only downfall is the very tiny bathroom but the separate vanity area almost made up for that.

Easy!

Easy check-in/check-out and location was great. Described well but I wish there was a ceiling fan. Also, the pool was nice but never got any sun. Beach was very close though so it did not really effect our stay.

Fantastic Location and Responsive Host

I stayed at this place for about a week and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, and the place is very clean. The space is more spacious than it appears in the photos, and one of the best features is the terrace with large windows that can be fully opened. Being on the 18th floor, the view from the terrace is stunning. Given the length of my stay, I needed to do some laundry, and it was very convenient to have laundry facilities in the same building. However, do note that detergent is not sold there, so you should bring your own. The parking fee is also discounted, making it cheaper than other places, and the parking area is spacious and well-maintained. Tiffany was very responsive to my urgent inquiries, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It is even better than what you see in the photos.

Disappointed

Although the pool was closed due major repair works to fix a leak, we were not informed until 3 days before our arrival. Also, we were led to believe it was maintenance/water quality. But in reality, the pool was never going to be available even when we booked in May, and the host would have known that. We were subjected to jack hammer noise during the day while repairs were underway. When I contacted the host, I was told the beach is not far away. I explained we were not beach people and would not have booked if there was no pool. Although I asked, compensation for this inconvenience was denied, saying it was beyond the host's control. However, speaking to the concierge, it was obvious the host would have known for quite a while that the pool had a major leak and would not be operational. Yet we were only told 3 days before arrival and led to believe it maybe functional during our stay. Even without the pool, some compensation for being woken by jackhammers every morning would have been appreciated, especially as it was known to the host. Otherwise, the location is good. Apartment is small but sufficient. You cannot see the fireworks from your lanai as described.
