Coastal farmhouse condo right on the water!

Why should you love this property?
Serenity and peacefulness greet you as soon as you walk in the door and an expansive view of the lake right from your balcony will make you realize you have chosen something special.
We have also completely rehabbed this condo! You will find new flooring , new furniture, new bedding and king size mattress, updated bath with oversized walk in shower, updated kitchen with new appliances and open shelving, fresh paint through out , updated lighting and decor plus new central air and heating.
We are also centrally located to all the lake has to offer! (Honestly!)
We are just minutes from our historic downtown area with shops, restaurants and entertainment areas. Catawba Island (which you can drive to) with beautiful restaurants , wineries and outdoor areas as well as the ferry services to the islands. You are also close to East Harbor State park which is just lovely with an expansive beach area, walking trails and plenty of wildlife. There is also Marblehead which is home to the oldest lighthouse in continuous operation on the Great Lakes. You will find private shops, antiques and Rocky Point winery.
There is really so much to do so very close by, but you may just want to relax with the waves of Lake Erie lapping at the shore and come to realize that time at the lake soothes your soul.

Amazing condo!

This is the cutest and cleanest condo! It has everything you need. It’s beautiful and cozy and with views of the pool and lake are even better. The hostess is so kind and made our check in super easy.
