Depending on the length of stay third floor amenities with hot tub and sauna are $500+.

The place is great for families with kids of all ages. Large front yard (facing the ocean) is perfect for family fun, volleyball, campfire, or grilling. Fishing and kayaking are popular water activities in the area.

We provide bikes and kayaks at not charge. You will need to sign liability waiver.

20 min drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beaches. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away.

We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding!

We booked this house for a week to be close to the Delaware turf for lacrosse tournaments and it was great! Easy location right on the beach with beautiful views!

Marianna’s house was beautiful, in the perfect location, and had everything we needed during our stay. The beach directly outside of the house is very peaceful and clean. Marianna was very responsive to anything and everything we needed during our stay. Also, this is very central to many touristy locations such as Lewes and Rehobeth, but out of the hustle and bustle which is exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend anybody looking to stay in the Broadkill beach area to stay here!

Weekend trip to DE for an event. The house was perfect and as described. Many extra little touches around the house made our stay warm and comfortable. I will stay again next time!
