About this property

Remodeled Kirkwood Guest house

Welcome to our guest house! This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom living space is completely private and ready for your stay. It is equipped with a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom with King bed, and one bathroom. The unit is located above our garage in the back of our property. There is also a patio area with chairs, a firepit and a hot tub that is open for use. Street parking is readily available. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to downtown Kirkwood(around 1 mile) and about a 20 min drive to downtown STL.

Downtown Kirkwood is a quaint area full of restaurants and shops to explore. The Amtrak station is also very close!

Please note: There is a flight of stairs to get up to the unit. If you need assistance with luggage or anything, just ask!

Please park in the street, we do need access to our driveway. You can use the driveway for loading/unloading as needed.

Great home base for our visit

We were there to visit with family in the immediate area and this was the perfect location to both be close to our family, as well as get to many fun activities around the city. We really appreciated the peaceful street this was on while still being close to major thoroughfares. Location is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood and provided us with everything we needed for our visit.
