Oceanview PCB Condo - Walk to Beach - Family Friendly

At "Best Trip Ever" our guests will enjoy a spacious living room, a balcony overlooking the Gulf, accessed through both the living room and the main bedroom, with new patio furniture, and a kitchen with an island, stocked with all of the items to make everyone feel at home. This unit has been updated with all new 2021. It has new Smart TV's, 55 inches in bedrooms.

During spring break, we only accept guests 21+, with established VRBO profiles and positive reviews.

Best Trip Ever

The place was clean and had a great view from n both sides. The owner was amazing she kept in contact with us prior to our arrival to tell us so many great tips and information about the place and the area in general She even reached out a few times during the stay just to check and make sure everything was going well. We had everything we needed and more. The kiddos enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards we all enjoyed the games during the rain. Definitely recommend. If we are back in the area we will be booking here again!!

I have been involved in Real Estate for over 30 years. As a team with my husband David, we have built and sold hundreds of homes in the Middle Tennessee area. With Panama City Beach being our closest beach, our family traveled here for years, always desiring to have our own place. In 2019 our dream came true with the purchase of unit #621 at Laketown Wharf. We have also acquired unit #622 and #615 over the past couple of years. After years of renting places from other owners, we feel like we have learned many secrets to making your vacation the best that it can be. Our units are spacious, conveniently located, modernized, and great parking with easy access from the garage without having to wait on an elevator. We have great restaurants onsite with more just steps away. Our balcony views are spectacular, and with 5 pools and 2 hot tubs it is a great place for both children and adults.

The beach, easily accessed through our private entrance, is powdery white and has all the activities that you can imagine. Come see why we have fallen in love with this area.

Why they chose this property

Nestled between a private lake and the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is a great place to be. The best shopping, entertainment, and dining are all around. Access to 5 swimming pools, a hot tub, putting green, fitness room, a pickle ball court, and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world easily accessed through our private entrance, or many other entrances nearby. There is The Wharf Seafood Buffet, The Candy Maker, ice cream/candy store, a Hair Salon, Juan Taco, BRAND NEW 810 Billiards & Bowling, and LuLu's Sports Bar at the Wharf in the shop’s downstairs. At the main pool, there is the Splash Bar for food and drinks, and coffee shop "The Press". Across the street, is the world famous Pineapple Willies Restaurant, with everyone's favorite frozen concoctions.

This unit has cable TV, and private high speed Internet. We also have Alexa to answer all your questions, or to find one of the many great restaurants and their hours of operation.

Laketown Wharf sits right next to Signal Hill Golf Course, which is open to the public. On the lake each evening, Laketown Wharf has their very own spectacular light show, with different themes of music.
Great attractions are also within walking distance including Wonderworks', Ripley's Believe It or Not, Putt Putt Golf, and Go Carts.
