Es gab einige Mängel
Heizung im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht, FB für Radio war ohne Batterien , Knopf am Eierkocher war kaputt. Die Mängel wurden auf Veranlassung der Vermieterin zwar behoben, doch beeinträchtigt das erstmal das Urlaubsgefühl.
Das gezeigte Foto ist nicht aktuell.
Alles in allem ist die Wohnung aber zu empfehlen, allein durch die Lage.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin
Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Tolle Lage! Zentraler geht's nicht. Riesenterasse zur Mitbenutzung. Leider waren die ersten 3 Tage die Maler da und haben den Zaun gestrichen. Störend war dabei der Musikgeschnack der Beiden.
Bei ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es Optimierungspotential. Z.B. wären Türstopper schön. Und die Garage ist nicht für jedes Auto ideal aufgrund der Einfahrt.

Negativ: Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ( musste eine Rampe hochfahren). Schlafzimmerfenster ging in den Flur ( hinter dem Aufzugschacht)

Die Lage ist Top
Die Lage ist Top. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ruhig und es ist alles da, was für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt wird. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Also wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
