Orlando Trip

The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice, the waterfall and pump came on every day off a timer. The AC worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, the only problem was the dishwashers trey getting stuck and was hard to close. Other than that, I had no problems with the house. It looked like the pictures. Little pricey with fees but I would stay there again.

Multiple issues with home. Reached out to VRBO and Vacasa (management company) multiple times and never received a return call or any resolution to any of the issues. Pool water level low and water was very cloudy and pump not working properly and we were unable to use the pool or spa. Jets in the spa not working at all. When I contacted about this I was told the home didn’t have a pool or spa which was completely inaccurate. Large amounts of debris all around pool. Pool staff finally came on day 6 and advised that the pool leaks every day which causes major issues and owner is aware. Gas grill leg was broken causing grill to be unlevel. No propane at the home on arrival to use for cooking. Screen door leading out of pool area broken. Kitchen faucet loose and water did not turn off effectively. Dishwasher was broken with rubber seal hanging out and was not usable. Had to wash dishes throughout the entire stay. Bathroom faucet upstairs was falling off the wall. Very few towels in the home for guests. No vacuum in the home as stated on reservation. Extremely poor curb appeal and landscaping at the home. Sliding doors at back of home do not all lock for safety. Fireplace in den area did not work. All televisions in the home have Roku but they would not provide the PIN to add your programs on the TVs upstairs. Little to no water pressure in master shower and hot water in the home is barely warm. Neighbors of the home smoked marijuana outside all Day everyday. 10/10 do not recommend this home and would never rent a home managed by Vacasa.
