The cottages are located in a quiet former small mountain town, directly in the Upper Harz it is a health resort. If you are looking for peace and relaxation has the right place here. There are many kilometers of signposted trails. Three kilometers away is the Innerste reservoir with water sports, such as pedal boating or surfing and sailing, who wants to fish it can also with a permit. Goslar the former old imperial city with many sights is only 20 kilometers away. In winter, the region around the mountain town is transformed into a huge winter sports area. The holiday in this region you will not forget so fast.

Our holiday home is idyllically situated on the edge of Lautenthal, in the valley of the Innerste.

At the end of a pure residential street there is no through traffic. Built near the edge of the forest, you come out of the house and are right in the beautiful nature.

In the immediate vicinity of the well-developed cycle path to Wildemann you have the opportunity to go cycling or skating in winter for cross-country skiing.
Also various entry points into the well-developed road network for hiking trips to the Bromberg or to the popular destination Maßener Gaipel are given right on the doorstep.
On foot you can the heated outdoor pool in about 8 and the center in about 15 minutes. For kids, this place is a true El Dorado for fun. Game and adventure.

Der Urlaub war okay. In der Küche gab es leider schon beim Einzug einen unangenehmen Geruch, der aus der Ecke vom Kühlschrank kam und auch im Verlauf des Urlaubs nicht verflogen ist. Da währe Ursachenforschung angebracht.Ansonsten alles gut.

Gut geeignet für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie

Das Haus ist sauber und die Vermieter freundlich. Sie sind gut erreichbar und haben uns einige Tage vor der Abfahrt von sich aus kontaktiert. Zum Schluss hatten wir uns bei der Abrechnung der NK verreichnet. Sie haben sich sofort gemeldet und uns den irrtümlich zuviel hinterlegten Betrag zurückerstattet. Die Lage ist wunderbar - ruhig und ganz im Grünen. Check-in un -out waren unproblematisch. Die Wohnfläche beträgt deutlich weniger als die angegebenen 52 Quadratmeter. Wir waren zu zwei Paaren dort, dafür ist es definitiv zu klein. Wir waren in Nr.7 - die Häuser sind offenbar innen nicht immer gleich. Die Häuser werden über eine Agentur vermietet. Die Bilder, die im Internet zu sehen sind stammen offenbar aus unterschiedlichen Häusern. Das zweite Schlafzimmer von Nr. 7 hat jedenfalls keine Tür. Es ist lediglich durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kammer, in der nicht mehr Platz ist als für die zwei Betten. Stehen ist dort nicht möglich. Vor den Betten ist lediglich ca. 20cm Platz - unsere Koffer mussten wir unten lassen. Für ein Wochenende war das ok. Für eine Familie mit einem Kind kann das Haus eine gute Wahl sein. Es tut uns leid, keine bessere Bewertung schreiben zu können. Wären die korrekten Quadratmeter angegeben und die Beschaffenheit der Schlafzimmer in der Anzeige erwähnt worden, hätten wir das sicherlich nicht getan.
