Cute 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Flagler Beach. This place has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Walkiing distance to everything. There are several places that play music late into the night that are close by.

No complaints- super clean, nice quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. We walked a lot of the time, it seemed silly to drive to places so close. My husband kept saying " this is the perfect place"

Unit was nice. It fit our needs.Just a couple items to report:Climbing 16 steps was inconvenient for us seniors! Kitchen chairs and table are wobbly and need work. Electrical outlets on either side of the sink don’t work. Need more towel racks in the bathrooms. No toaster, just a toaster oven.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the unit was nice and fit your needs. We appreciate you bringing the table and chairs to our attention, and we’ll have those checked. We’ll also take a look at the outlets near the sink, as they are GFCI-protected and may simply need to be reset following a power interruption. Regarding the stairs, the 16 steps required to access the unit are noted in the listing so guests can take that into consideration prior to booking. We also appreciate the suggestion regarding additional towel racks. The kitchen is equipped with a toaster oven rather than a traditional pop-up toaster, which provides the same toasting function along with additional cooking options. Thank you again for staying with us and for taking the time to share your comments. We hope you enjoyed your visit overall!

Interior was clean, however, the furniture wasn’t comfortable and of poor quality. The twin beds were very uncomfortable. The balcony had many ants on the floor. This was a very clean vrbo, if only the furniture was more comfortable I would rent it again.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the condo very clean, as that is always a top priority for us. We’re sorry the furniture comfort did not meet your personal preference, as comfort can vary from guest to guest and we’ve been fortunate to receive many positive reviews. We also apologize for the ants on the balcony and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope to welcome you back again!

This is the Good Stuff! We had another great stay in this nicely furnished condo. Location is ideal – close to the heart of the things and walking distance shops, dining, live music, and the beach. The large balcony offers a lovely view, there’s coffee and edible options right below, and dedicated off-street parking is a bonus. The host is helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. Good stuff indeed.
