Whether you are traveling with friends or your family, this secluded two-story home has all the comforts and amenities you could ever need to experience a memorable and peaceful escapade!

The house is nicely and very recently decorated. It has a nice and spacious deck outside that has great mountain views and a gas grill for family cookouts; a mudroom at the garage entrance to the house; an on-site washer/dryer; ski and equipment storage in the garage; a big open kitchen with a large island with stools allowing guest to visit and participate during meal prep, and a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen is well equipped with two coffee pots (one Bunn and a Keurig), a powerful Nutra bullet blender, a five-burner gas stove, endless baking pans and cooking pans, flatware and dishes for 12, wine glasses, and a large refrigerator. This floor also hosts a main bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The views of the mountains are unobstructed and can also be seen from the loft and hallway on the second floor through high windows.

The location of this retreat is incredible! There are restaurants and a grocery store within two miles from here. The Grand Elk Golf Club (less than a mile) turns the golf course into cross-country skiing in the winter!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
