Fun in the sun

We were a party of 10 adults. The home easily accommodated us in terms of space and amenities. The pool was perfect, just make sure to bring bug spray. The mosquitos sneak up on you. The sunset views, just steps away from the house on the sound, were incredible. If you’re a bird enthusiast, there’s an osprey nest nearby and you will see many of them. The trolley stop to shops and the beach is at the end of the driveway. The beach access point has a pool, bathrooms, and restaurant which is very convenient if you’re spending the whole day there. Everything in the house is exactly as pictured. We would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious home right on the sound.

The house was beautiful! It has A LOT of stairs, so if you aren't able to climb stairs well, it's probably not the one for you. You are right on the sound, gorgeous views of sunrise/sunset! Our only complaint about the house was that the outside (decks/furniture) was pretty dirty. We stayed in October, so we were able to drive to the beach and park. We went to Shad St for beach access. There aren't a lot of ramps to get to the beach, so a cart/wagon won't do you much good! Close to shopping and restaurants. We would return!

First time in resort

Really nice house and property, well stocked. Nice that it had two refrigerators and ample parking for cars. Check-in directions weren’t clear with regard to door code needing a *xx before code and applicable door. Door code didn’t work for first couple days so kinda of a pain but the management was super responsive every time we couldn’t get in. Emailed Wi-Fi password wasn’t correct but in house book had correct info. Gym was perfect for what we needed. Location was fine.

Almost perfect

Excellent property and location. Plenty of room. And sunset views were awesome, best from the grill by the pool. Just a couple suggestions. No bath mats! Either bring a couple or they should be provided. Plus I guess I must have picked the one bathroom that missed its one roll of TP when we first arrived. And they said we could drive to the affiliated beach and park. But only maybe 16 slots. So just best to walk or shuttle unless early or lucky.
