With this house you will be able to rent a 30' foot boat slip in Oak Harbor Marina for an additional fee. This will come with the use of the marina pool also.
This beautiful house is dog friendly with additional nonrefundable dog fee. The requirements are only 1 dog per reservation it must be housebroken and 50 lbs or under.
