This beautiful newly built 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is only 5 minutes from downtown and 2 minutes from 1st street beach.

Come spend your vacation checking out the great scenery that South Haven has offer or just relaxing in the backyard with your very one koi pond with fish food included, fire pit and hot tub. This backyard is paradise.

With this house you will be able to rent a 30' foot boat slip in Oak Harbor Marina for an additional fee. This will come with the use of the marina pool also.

This beautiful house is dog friendly with additional nonrefundable dog fee. The requirements are only 1 dog per reservation it must be housebroken and 50 lbs or under.

This was our first time to South Haven and this house was perfect for our family. Just a short drive to the beach or town. The host was communicative and professional. We had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time.

A great last-minute family vacation!

We stayed at the house for 4 days and 3 nights for a short family vacation before the start of the school year. The property was wonderful. It’s a short drive to downtown and beaches. Very clean, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children.
