Perfectly located in Mooresville, NC this lakefront getaway is the perfect place for families and friends to come together and enjoy a relaxing trip to Lake Norman. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house boasts 3900 Sq. ft. No reason to leave the property except to play on the lake. Everything you need to feel right at home! Our home are conveniently located within minutes to shopping, dining, and entertainment, which is so perfect!

1 - Master Bedroom: King Bed with lake front - ensuite bath
1 - Master Bedroom: Queen Bed - ensuite bath with lake front - Access to back deck

1 - Kids Room: Bunk Bed Single/Double, Twin Bed
There are TVs in all the bedrooms. The home also includes a fully stocked kitchen with an island. Open concept living areas. Downstairs: Full kitchen and an island/4 bar stools; Entertainment area with Fooseball; 60 Game Arcade - with your favorite classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and many more. - Access to the outdoor Bar-B- Que / Cabana/ Fire pit.

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful time while staying here! Watching sunsets on the back porch was my favorite part of the trip! It is a beautiful property and a lovely home. The owners were always punctual in their responses and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

What a nice vacation! This home is partly remodeled and well appointed. The owner was thoughtful on her decor and everything we needed was there! Friendly neighborhood, great spot on the lake, and close enough to shops to be convenient. Would recommend for larger families!

Great location. Quiet area with beautiful sunsets. Rented a pontoon boat and had the whole area to ourselves during the week days. Kitchen very well equipped. Prompt responses from owner. Definitely a repeat destination.

Paul and I are businesses owners from Long Island, New York. My husband, Paul, has a thriving car restoration business for over 25 years so that makes him a car enthusiastic?! He always wanted to be down in NC to be close to all the Car culture. For me? As long as I am on the water! Well, to make us both happy we found a home on the open lake on Lake Norman. We fell in love with the open lake, deep water, great sunset! It was an existing rental. We had to give the house some loving care by renovating and refurnishing. This is our second home away from all the day to day craziness. In the meantime we decided to share our happy place with other families. Wow what is there not to love? Please bring a good camera to catch all the breathtaking sunsets. I have personally have so many sunset pictures that I need to frame them. Our lake are on large open water. I love the private beach and dock. Love the quite neighborhood. While we are about 5 - 8 min. from all the shops, restaurants, entertainments.
