Lake Norman Getaway boasts a large open floor plan, perfect for larger groups and extended families. This home further benefits from expansive outdoor flex spaces. The 1100 sq. ft. main level covered deck is ideal for outdoor lounging and dining, together with another 1100 sq. ft. third level deck for sun lounging, and yet another 1100 sq. ft. lower level covered area with a hot tub, gaming and lounging. Internally, Getaway accommodates for 17 guests. With three separate living and entertaining areas inside the home together with three outdoor entertaining areas, large flat lawn area, and 200 foot plus of main channel waterfront, we trust all discerning folks looking for a premium vacation experience will find it at this residence. Lake Norman Getaway boasts a large heated pool. No expense was spared in the construction and your enjoyment is assured.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 17; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

**Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Lake Norman Getaway is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
