Lakefront (4BR/2BA) House - Hot Tub, private dock in quiet cove!

Close to everything you could want for a wonderful lake vacation! Only 2 steps to navigate from the car to get to the front door! Walking through the front door you will find yourself in an open concept main living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with beautiful lake views! We have a coffee grinder (bring your favorite beans from home!), 12 cup insulated drip coffee maker, high power blender, 4 slot toaster, basic spices and all the utensils to make your culinary dreams come true!

FAMILY FRIENDLY! We have a bunk room for the older kids, pack & play with crib sheet, gate you can use at the top of the indoor staircase, outdoor staircases both have gates, high chair, and assortment of books and toys!

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the top floor. Both bedrooms host new King sized mattresses.

The upper deck off of the living space has 6 burner gas grill for the BBQ grill master in the group and ample seating so the rest of you can keep them company! We have a 6 top fire table on the outside porch to set the tone for an enjoyable evening outdoors. The upper deck has two gates to keep kids contained!

Downstairs you will find a second living space with a 55 inch TV that is equipped with a firestick. We don't want you to miss the big game, all NFL, MLB, college football/basketball, and even soccer's premier league games are included!

There are 2 more bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower floor. One with a new king size mattress and the other holds 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin mattresses. We have equipped this room with a pack and play, highchair, games and books to keep those kids happy and well rested.

The boat dock has 2 kayaks with lifejackets and paddles, a giant Lily pad, seating area in the shade, and a sun deck with WetSteps ladder. Guests will have full access to both boat wells measuring 12 ft x 32 ft and 10 ft x 28 ft.

There are 2 bluetooth speakers that you are welcome to use, just remember that our neighbors don't want to hear them past 10pm!

The house has so many amenities within a very short distance on all paved roads. Restaurants, bars, spas, golf course, nature preserve, Ha Ha Tonka State park, Macadoodles Liquor store, Gas station...just to name a few!

A Jacuzzi brand hot tub is located outside down the steps towards the the boat dock. Enjoy a soak during those cooler temperatures!

We keep coming back, and will continue to!

This was our 2nd year staying and we can’t wait for next year! It has yet to disappoint. Location is awesome, once you’re in a cove, you’ll never look back. Had everything we needed. Amazing dock, plentiful floatation devices, ready to stock bar. The patios are great, one with a fire in the middle of the table. We ended each night out there. Concrete pad is perfect for a solo stove and s’mores! Can’t say enough about this place! Except, Having a second fridge in the laundry is so great! We ate (and drank) like kings and needed the fridge space. The service was the best! Heidi responded to all of our questions within a few mins, to a few hours. She is amazing and was so accommodating. Our friends got married on the dock. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for this home.

Such a fun summer vacation with the Fam!

Great property right on the lake with a huge dock. Loved the lake setup and location right by red heads. Kids had so much fun swimming in the cove and using the lily pad. Everything was there, from life jackets to fishing poles and even kyaks! Great time and quick response from owner. Hope to be back!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The dock was a big hit with the kiddos and we spent most of our time there. Heidi was a great host! Responded quickly to our questions.

Perfect for a larger group

This lake house was perfect for our girls weekend. Lots of seating in the living room and dining room for all 10 of us. Beautifully decorated and plenty of towels for the hot tub. Communication with the host was great. Definitely want to come back when the weather is warmer so we can use the lake!
