If you have a boat, bring it! Boat slips are available for an extra fee per night depending on size and availability. If you don't have a boat, Aqua Toys Rental is located right next-door to the complex. Please see policy on trailer parking.

Heron Bay is in the heart of the Ozarks, at the 21 MM Osage Beach. There are plenty of fun activities for all ages, like boating, outdoor and indoor water parks, lazer tag, helicopter rides, go-kart tracks, mini-golf, horseback riding, cavern tours, indoor family fun center and a Science Orion Center. Minimum 3 night rentals on holiday weekends. Check-in is normally 3 pm but we will be happy to offer an early Check-in if possible. Check-out is 11:00 am and we just ask that you take out all trash (including all items in fridge) and wash all dishes before you leave.
