Walk in Lakefront Condo at Lake Of The Ozarks. Relax and enjoy a fantastic view of the Main Channel at the 21 mile marker. This Non Smoking Condo is located in the heart of Osage Beach. Just minutes from all the shopping, nightlife, and fun for the whole family. One of the nicest golf courses in the area is located next door, or if you prefer, minutes away you can shop at the World Class Factory Outlet Mall with over 100 shops. Close by there are many restaurants to choose from ranging from casual to fine dinning.

Our condo is meticulously maintained and cleaned. It is fully-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Queen-size bed and full-size sofa sleeper, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, patio furniture, an electric grill so you can relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony.
Stay cool in the lakeside pool, or you can fish or swim from one of the many dock
equipped with swim ladders.
Boat slip available upon request. Our slip sizes are 10x20 and 10x26. The boat may stick out by 4 additional feet. On site boat ramp and 2 trailer parking areas.

Our condos have a wonderful view of the lake and in the summer you can swim in lake. Swim ladders are at the end of all docks. We supply everything you need, so all you have to worry about is what you want to eat and drink and personal care items. My husband, Don, is very knowledgeable about the going ons at the lake.

Nice location, ground level entry. Clean and cozy with beautiful day and night views from the deck! We were here in December, winter time. Saw some beautiful deer on property every day. The owners, Fawcetts, easily contacted and very responsive. Lots to see and do in the area!

Our guests love the view from the deck and in the summer you can ducks, turtles and fish around the docks. There is always a good number of deer to see up near the office at dusk. The lake offers something for everyone on the family. From swimming in the lake or pool , horseback riding, hiking, shopping, nightlife and dining.

Very nice complex and condo

Very nice condo. Good location, close to my work at hospital but right on lake to enjoy it and the wildlife around. I have stayed with this landlord before. Highly recommend.

We had a view of the channel waterway and it was relaxing setting on the screen in porch taking in the view. Swimming pool area was spacious and very clean. Our property owner gave us a call the night before with a lot of good advice for the condo and area activities. This property was clean and moderately updated. I would recommend and stay again.

Short time get away

Our main reason for staying was to have an overnight place to sleep following a concert at the Ozark ampitheater. Well we loved it here. No steps to get to the condo. My husband and I are 68. Very neat and clean. Loved the pool. We ended up staying an extra day to enjoy the pool. Lots of friendly people around and the screened in deck had a great view of the lake!

The view was great. unit could use a little tlc. There was hole in door from bedroom to kitchen area. Needed more eating utensils, large mixing bowl and drinking cups. But all in all it was nice unit and close to pool.

The sunsets & sunrises were beautiful from the screened in porch. The listing is accurate for the inside of the unit. There are plenty of dishes. Remember to bring coffee, filters, toiletries, soap for shower, hairdryer, beach towels, etc. The day I arrived the refrigerator died, but Bob was quick to respond. Since it was a holiday weekend, it could not be fixed or replaced-bummer! He did provide me with a cooler and some ice. He also refunded me $100.

Anytime our guests call us with a problem we like to get it rectified immediately. Unfortunately due to the holiday weekend, there was no help available. We did get a 4 foot mini refrigerator brought down to the lake the next morning. We do not like our quests to be inconvenienced in any way. After all, our guests are there to enjoy their stay and have fun.

Why they chose this property

We own a boat and have always enjoyed being down at the lake. We wanted to have a place of our own to stay, so we thought we would extend our condo out to the public. We presently now own 4 condos in Heron Bay.

What makes this property unique

Close proximity to dinning, shopping, entertainment for the all family,golfing and fishing. Fish from the docks and some docks have crappie beds. You can either swim in the pool or take a plunge into the lake, all the docks are equipped with swim ladders. Or you may decide to take a way along the walkway around the lake or play a game of tennis.
