Beautiful location, immaculate condition, would love to come again and enjoy your incredible property. Husband and son enjoyed birdwatching and we had a lovely dinner in town.
We enjoyed our stay at this property in Winnsboro. It was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. We did have a little trouble finding it when we got in late at night due to our flights being canceled and delayed due to weather (private driveway not marked), but other than that, it was perfect!

Wonderful, comfortable home in a beautiful environment
This home was lovely and comfortable for my husband, my pup, and me! It is very private and really set on beautiful land filled with beautiful yellow flowers -- wide open spaces that my pup loved to explore, for sue. We really enjoyed our time at this jewel of a private getaway. Just what we needed for some wonderful R&R!
We love this property! The owners are so kind. I could go on and on about this property and the owners with nothing but wonderful things to say. We appreciate you always opening your home for our family and will continue to stay here every time we visit.
Lovely cabin/house out in the middle of wide open space. Superbly clean and well appointed. Very easy to get to with excellent directions. Beds clean and comfy.
Five stars with very communicative hosts. Highly rey and will be back.
We were there for a birthday so didn't spend a lot of time in the house. We did have 4 guests over for breakfast one morning, and they loved the house. I cooked several breakfast casseroles and took them to the party the next day. Was glad to have a nicely appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay there.

Awesome little cabin! Sits on a hill so you have good views all around. If you are a bird watcher - you’ll enjoy this place. Lots of birds, we saw Scissortails, Cardinals, Hummingbirds & others. Very relaxing atmosphere. Cabin is well stocked with everything you need for a great weekend. Full coverage if you have ATT service and fast internet. Host is quick to respond to questions. Don’t hesitate to book this cabin!

We are so thrilled you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your kind review and we hope to see you again!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay in this cabin. The owners were so kind to us. We checked in on Christmas Day and ended up getting lost. I contacted Jalayne, she was so helpful and her husband even met us to show us where to go. (Google maps had a glitch). We are so thankful to Jalayne and her husband! The home itself is so cozy but spacious at the same time. Plenty of room for our family of 4 plus our pups! When you enter you have are embraced with a warm welcoming feeling. We loved visiting all of the surrounding lakes including Lake Fork, Winnsboro, and Bob Sandlin. While our fishing wasn’t as successful as we liked our accommodations were! Sitting outside in the evenings in the rocking chairs were so relaxing listening to the wildlife around you. We are already planning another trip to Texas and we’re hoping we will be staying in this cabin.

Great place to stay. Very nice and peaceful, owners are great people
We had an extended stay of about 10 weeks while our house under went some major repairs due to a flood. The property is wonderful, very well appointed and very peaceful. Quite location in the middle of a large meadow about a mile from town. Had many of the local wildlife visit.
Only suggestion would be a name change to Cabin at Sleepy Meadows ;-)
