The apartment offered here you will find the 1st floor. It is a beautiful 3-room apartment, suitable for 3-8 people.
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and diner with bathtub, you have a very spacious living room with a fold-out Doppelbett- bed, a couch, a TV, a dining table, two Bureau and two TV or reading chair. In the first bedroom you have a double bed and a wardrobe and the second bedroom two single beds and a double bed and a chest of drawers available. All beds are made up with sheets. 1 of 2 extra beds are possible.

Internet is in the apartment and can be used by WLAN.

Our "apartment house Louis" on the Ludwig Strasse 8 is very close to the Elbe and the Elbe Cycle Path in Dresden Center / Neustadt. The property is about 5 minutes walk from the Augustus Bridge and the old town center with Frauenkirche, Semper Opera House, Baroque district, Neumarkt, the Japanese Palace and all the main tourists attractions of Dresden removed. The congress center Dresden walk from the apartment comfortably in about 10 minutes walk across the bridge Marie. It is 3 minutes walk to the Neustadt train station. The revelers reach the countless bars, restaurants and shops of the Dresdner Neustadt with a short walk.

Lage war zentral, alle U-Bahnen vor der Tür. Die Gegend ist noch nicht renoviert, gegenüber liegt eine Gewerbeeinheit. Nachts war es ruhig und die Betten sind gut. Sehr große Wohnung mit viel Platz, gekocht haben wir allerdings nicht. Bad mit hoher Badewanne, Einstieg etwas schwierig und rutschiger Boden. Bettwäsche nur für eine Person inklusive obwohl für 4 gebucht. Nette Kommunikation mit Gastgeber

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser Fewo war nicht angenehm. Die Fewo ist in einem verwohntem Zustand. Reparaturbedürftig und es steht eine Fabrikanlage vor der Tür, die es unmöglich macht, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Dieses Establishment ist nicht die Hälfte dessen wert, was ich dafür bezahlt habe. Ich werde diese bestimmt nicht mehr buchenund jeder den ich kenne auch nicht.Leider hab ich es versäumt Fotos zu machen, aber es ist auch schwierig einen knarrenden Fussboden zu fotografieren. MfGH. Dresden im November ? trotzdem toll

wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, wunderbare Lage um fußläufig die Altstadt zu erreichen Kunst und Kultur - deswegen waren wir in dieser Stadt und werden wieder kommen, danke an alle die uns diesen Aufenthalt ermöglicht haben Jetzt wissen wir auch was ein "Flüsterstollen " ist !!

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung

Wir waren 5 Mädels und hatten eine Menge Spaß in Dresden. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Elbe und links am Elbufer entlang kommt man wunderbar zu Fuß zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vorbei an den Elbwiesen wo immer was los ist! Nach geschrubbten Kilometern und den Kopf voll eindrücken kann man diese Abends bei wundervollem Sonnenuntergang am Elbufer Revue passieren lassen. Und es ist dann nicht mehr weit bis zur Wohnung. Oder man geht noch ca. 10 min. am Elbufer weiter zur Strandbar mit leckeren Cocktails, Snacks mit Blick auf die Elbe oder eine runde Tischtennis. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, alle hatten Platz am Tisch beim Frühstück. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Betten waren bequem. Das Bad ist riesig, allerdings wäre ein Duschvorhang wünschenswert gewesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hatten keinen persönlichen Kontakt., aber die Kommunikation per Mail und Telefon war perfekt. Nochmal vielen Dank auch für ihre Tipps! Die Wohnung liegt 10min. Fußweg vom Bahnhof weg, am Bahnhof gibt es ein Lidl der auch am WE geöffnet hat um sich mit allem zu versorgen. Bestimmt mal wieder !

Urlaub in Dresden

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sauber, sehr groß, die Nähe zur Innenstadt haben wir 3 von uns über 70 jahre sehr genossen, Parkplatz direkt kostenlos vor der Tür. Kleiner Tipp, ein duschvorhang wäre sehr von Vorteil. Wir können die Wohnung, mit 5 Sterne sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Grüße aus dem Niederrhein

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig u. ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Großes Manko: Die Heizung ist fremdbestimmt, im Hinblick auf die Außentemperatur zu gering eingestellt, wir schätzen auf 17-18 Grad.
