Quellenhof Kollnburg

Rustic holiday home in an absolutely secluded location with swimming pond in the middle of the Bavarian Forest for up to 15 people. Ideal for family camps, group trips, hiking groups, club and Stammtisch outings or smaller company celebrations.

You can expect a fully equipped holiday home with 5-6 bedrooms/12-15 beds, which are completely covered. There is also a shower and towel available for each guest. In two kitchens you have enough space to prepare your favourite meal. For common evenings a large recreation room with kitchen is available. The living rooms are equipped with SAT-TV and W-LAN.

In front of the cottage there is a spacious parking lot. For your time outdoors you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the region on approx. 4,000 sqm of meadow area and a large terrace with charcoal grill. And if it gets too hot, then cool down briefly in the natural swimming pond, which is on the property.

In the region, you have the opportunity to travel to larger cities free of charge, to undertake cycling and hiking tours outside the town or simply to get to know nature. With the guest card, which is issued by the rental companies, you can travel free of charge by bus and train in the entire Bayerwald ticket tariff area. This is valid during the whole stay.

Kollnburg - the romantic castle village

The state-approved resort lies in the middle of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, idyllically located north of the 1050 m high Pröller between Viechtach and Sankt Englmar.

Instead of large bed castles, our guests can expect a historic castle, dreamy wikels, green forests, magnificent views and a homely, contemplative atmosphere.

The castle village is an ideal starting point for relaxing walks, extensive hikes and interesting mountain bike tours at any time of year. In winter, our guests can expect a descent at the Pröller ski triangle or extended winter hikes - with or without snowshoes.
