Excellent stay. Only suggestion is more regular coffee pods, there were only 2, and things like creamer/ sugars. Everyone wants good coffee in the morning! Otherwise excellent.
My dad and I came to Milwaukee for my son’s graduation from Marquette. What a beautiful location. the neighborhood's is spectacular. The details on the house are stunning. I wish I lived here!
This is our go-to place when we need to stay in Milwaukee. The property is beautifully maintained and located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. The location is a quick drive to downtown. Our host (Ameed) was quick to respond to every message and is a wonderful property manager. We will return!
This was an amazing house in a very nice neighborhood. Loved the unique features. Highly recommend staying here. If we make it back this way, we will definitely book a stay here again.
I’ve stayed several times at this beautiful property. Gorgeous wood floors and details throughout the home. Located in a lovely neighborhood - quiet with ample street parking. The host is quick to respond to questions and is very communicative. Highly recommended!
Four of us stayed in this great house (spouse, two teen boys) to attend a family event in Milwaukee. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Gorgeous built ins, woodwork and leaded glass. Best of all, the boys had their own rooms, which made for a peaceful visit! Very nice neighborhood and conveniently close to the freeway. A great value for the money.
My partner and I traveled to Milwaukee to spend almost 2wks with our young adult kids and grandkids. Because the newish parents to our grandkids lived in Washington Heights, we knew we wanted to be within walking distance. Vine Home was a few blocks away and the walk between houses was stunning - old trees, landscape architecture that was insta-worthy, and friendly neighbors. The house itself was such a treat — craftsman style, original wood, cozy/homey furnishings, and always seemed to stay cool in the summer (we only used ac units on an 85 degree day with humidity). We tend to be particular about beds and experienced zero issues in that dept as well. The last detail is more one of a sensory quality — how the home made us feel: held, supported, rested, nestled. Things we def needed on this first big visit. Without hesitation we would stay here again. Truly a charming spot for those who can appreciate a home that feels like a place you can stretch out and ground yourself within.
This place is a GEM. Spacious, well-supplied, and very homey. Felt more like staying with relatives than a rental. The sitting room is cozy and has plenty of seating, the dining room is giant, and the kitchen and little butler's pantry have all you need and more. The bedrooms are enormous and comfortable. And the neighborhood? So cute. Enjoy from your private outdoor porch. The ICE CREAM MAN comes by, be ready! Parking was in front of the house, easy.
The property was as advertised - very clean and nice. Communication was very easy. Very nice neighborhood. An easy drive to American Field and other Milwaukee sites. Lots of parking in front of the building.
It was wonderful, took my mom aunt and daughter. My mom and aunt loved the home. So did I, but my sister is there so I was a little nervous at times. She did great though. We wanted to watch the twins brewers the first night but had trouble with the WiFi. Sounds like a Vrbo issue. Have WiFi posted in home somewhere is solution. Also technology could use an update particularly tv in sitting room.
We really enjoyed strolling in the neighborhood, which was quiet and quaint because of the age of the houses. The unit was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It’s a quick trip into Milwaukee. There’s a park nearby that’s great for walking. The host was nice and very responsive.
Overnight stay for a concert at Miller High Life Theater
Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful with lots of woodwork, built-ins, hardwood floors, stained glass, and character. The pictures provided are accurate and legitimate. My husband and daughter and I, along with my brother stayed here very comfortably. Nice big king-sized bed in our room. The owner was excellent and courteous about replying to my questions/emails. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and would stay again if we need to stay in Milwaukee in the future.
Myself, husband and another couple came into town to catch a baseball game. While we weren't at the house for more than a few hours for sleep, the property was perfect. Loved the house!
