Eine schöne Wohnung in einem kleinen Dörfchen

Eine schöne Wohnung in einem kleinen Dörfchen. In 5 Autominuten sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Bäcker, Aldi und ein Geldautomat zu erreichen. Ausgangspunkt für nette Fahrradtouren. Einzig ein Sonnenschirm und Insektenschutz für die Balkontür haben gefehlt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bei Anreise an einem Sonntag problemlos funktioniert. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Alles top!

Wir haben 10 erholsame Tage in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns optimal. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nur ein paar Meter entfernt von der Ostsee!

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, wenn man Kitesurfen möchte. Zu Stränden zum Schwimmen muss man etwas weiter fahren.

Schöne Wohnung...

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist völlig okay, leider gab es in der Nähe keinen wirklichen Spielplatz aber der Kite-Strand ist dafür gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Dort gibt es angenehme Gastronomie mit reichlich Platz und Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Der nahegelegene "Spielplatz" besteht dagegen nur aus einer Picknickbank und einem Kleinkinderkarussell. Das es in der Wohnung kein WLAN gibt hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Was wir überhaupt nicht gut fanden, war die Tatsache, dass das obere Etagenbett keinen Fallschutz hat!!! Das geht gar nicht!!! Ich verstehe da auch den Vermieter nicht. Sollte doch einmal jemand dort oben schlafen und womöglich herunterfallen, wäre er dann nicht auch haftbar??? Und davon abgesehen, dass es gefährlich ist, ist es ja auch ohne großen Aufwand möglich, diesen Mangel zu beseitigen. Unser Sohn hat allerdings mit der Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen müssen. Auch die defekten Lattenroste im Schlafzimmer sind ein "No go". Mit einer Rolle Klebeband haben wir zum mindest eines der beiden Lattenroste wieder stabil bekommen. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob es möglich ist die Bettdecken einzulagern, da wir unsere eigenen mitbringen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht möglich ist. Für uns war es allerdings kein Problem, die Decken und Kissen im Schrank zu verstauen. Davon abgesehen, ist es eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, die einen angemessenen Preis hat. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, alles war sauber. Die flexiblen Möbel haben die Nutzung der Wohnküche unproblematisch gemacht.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit guter Küchenausstattung. Ein paar Punkte Abzug, da es weder Wlan noch Bettwäsche/ Handtücher gab und der Preis dafür schon höher ist.
