Great spot

This condo was in a great location and was very clean. It was walking distance to the golf course which was perfect. Will def stay here again

RESORT RENTAL PROPERTIES (RRP)

First, VRBO’s support team has provided exceptional service and would recommend booking through VRBO in the future as VRBO has proven they want to keep their customers happy. RRP (Christian) the 3rd party rental management company was very unprofessional and made our stay anything but pleasant. On Feb 12 2024 we happened to go onto Zillow and saw the place we booked was for sale. Immediately we reached out to RRP and addressed our concerns with agents showing the unit as we have an infant and our belongings. We were advised by RRP on Feb 12 that the unit would not be shown during our stay March 9th - 17th. On Sunday March 10th we started receiving calls about inspections which we agreed to stay back for 1 of them to assist(even though we were there to enjoy our vacation). Then agents started to show unannounced. We advised RRP that we did not want agents and potential buyers/leases walking the unit as agreed to on Feb 12th 2024. As stated above we had an infant with us, belongings, and wanted to relax and enjoy our paid for vacation. We then received a call from Christian on March 12th stating we did not let an agent in, which is false, he left on his own accord after he saw us all in the unit. We again advised RRP that this was unacceptable as RRP confirmed on Feb 12th that no showings would take place. We were then threatened by Christian that he would be taking legal action. Fortunately for us we have everything in writing.

Great spot

This is the second year we rented this condo. Excellent location, beautiful community, great amenities, no complaints. Could go for a big screen tv in the living room tho!
