Naples Retreat is a fully renovated, deluxe 2BD/2BA condo in the prestigious GreenLinks Lely Golf Resort. You will feel immediate tranquility in the modern-costal property with abundant resort amenities that will have you living a resort lifestyle (pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, hot tub). Enjoy your morning or evening walks amongst 3000 acre nature paths of Lely.

We pride ourselves in ensuring a tranquil and pristine property, AND we love helping our guests create memorable vacations by answering questions about the things to do and see while vacationing with us!

For travel between May 15th and October 15th, 2024, guests are eligible for the following two specials (* while supplies last).

3-night stay: 2 complementary rounds of golf at Flamingo Island and/or Mustang Courses.

5-night stay: 4 complementary rounds of golf at Flamingo Island and/or Mustang Courses.

The special does not include a required golf cart rental of $37/day/cart.

Open-concept, specious living room with new furniture, ceramic wood floor tile, large flat-screen Smart TV, comfortable seating is perfect for decompressing during your stay with us.

MASTER BEDROOM #1:

Luxurious king bed, Smart TV, walk in closet, spacious spa like en-suite master bathroom with stand alone tub, frameless glass shower and 2 sinks. Plenty of storage for your getaway. Master bedroom is opens up to the screened in lanai.

BEDROOM #2:

Tranquil, larger second bedroom offers a luxurious Queen bed, Smart TV, abundant storage and private connection to the 2nd full bathroom with large, frameless, walk-in in spa shower.

Adequate space that allows for a large and comfortable twin rollaway bed and portable crib (provided upon request).

KITCHEN:

Fully renovated, state of the art, spacious and open modern kitchen is fully stocked for you to enjoy cooking in! Coffee/tea, spices, provided. We thought of every details for your stay with us! Filtered drinking water.

DINING ROOM:

Serene, comfortable, costal inspired dining space for shared meals with your loved ones. Comfortably seats 4.

LANAI (screened balcony)

Enjoy coffee and quiet time in our large, screened in patio that opens up to the vastness of the Lely Golf Course! Fan and lighting provided to spend warm Florida evenings outside.

WORK SPACE:

Designated work desk is part of the living room, equipped with high internet/ WiFi access. The club house has a work station as well with free WiFi and printer.

GOLF: TWO COURSES ON THE PROPERTY

The Lely resort is ranked one of the top 50 golf resorts in the United States by golf world magazine and you will be staying on the 36 championship holes of world-class golfing.

Best of all, our guests enjoy preferred tee times and discounted golf!

Cart fees mandatory on both courses and are extra and payable to Lely golf club.

Guests can book preferred tee times through the GreenLinks condo reception.

LOCATION:

Ideal central location between Naples and Marco Island, you are just 15 minutes from the lively downtown Naples or stunning, sugar white sand beaches in either location.

Naples Pier Beach, Tigertail Beach (paddleboard and kayak), Lowdermilk Park, Naples Botanical Gardens and Naples Zoo are all just few short 10-12 miles away and provide fun for the whole family!

Plenty of restaurant options within Lely resort that are a short 1-3 mile drive from our property.

SHOPPING:

Grocery stores and casual restaurants are within 1-2 miles of the Resort complex. Fine dinning and shopping easy and short 6 mile drive to downtown Naples! Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and the Mercato Shopping center 12 miles away.

In addition to ensuring that our Naples Retreat always meets the high, luxurious standards of furnishings and cleanliness, we are happy to offer recommendations for things to do and places to see while you are vacationing in the magical Southwest Florida! We go the extra mile in helping you plan your vacation!

PETS:
We LOVE our dogs and welcome yours! PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $99 (conditional upon approval).

Other house pet rules:

Dog must be house/potty trained.
If left unattended in the unit, the dog must be crated.
All waste must be disposed in the dumpster.
All accidents must be thoroughly cleaned.
Any damages must be immediately reported.
