Newly renovated in style and comfort. Backyard has multiple sitting areas, and private pool. All furniture is brand new. Fully stocked kitchen, family games, all you need is your tooth brush!

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow home in Goodyear available for short or long term rental. The air conditioned home is newly remodelled with beautiful tile throughout, new carpet in the bedrooms, fresh paint and a brand new kitchen with quartz countertops. The home is tastefully furnished with brand new furniture, and linens, as well as everything you could need to feel at home.

The 1600 square foot, air conditioned. double attached garage home sleeps 6.

The home features a primary suite with a king size bed with luxurious linens, a mounted HD tv with cable, as well as an en-suite with a walk in closet and dual sinks. The second and third bedroom both have queen beds, large closets, and close to the main bathroom. The main floor also includes a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent for you to use while you are visiting.

The kitchen includes all appliances, brand new cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to be comfortable including ice machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and popcorn maker.

Enjoy the beautiful maintenance free, large backyard with refreshing swimming pool, pool loungers, covered outdoor patio sitting area, large eating area, fruit and palm trees, propane fire pit and propane grill. The resort-like backyard is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy yourself.

The living room has leather furniture, 70 inch HD smart TV with cable, and wifi. Open concept living room/kitchen.

All soap, shampoo, linens, pool towels, toilet paper, spices, condiments, coffee, tea, laundry soap and use of washer and dryer is included. Just have to unlock the door, and enjoy!

Take advantage of Spring Training Season, Goodyear Stadium is 3 minutes away. Phoenix International Raceway is 10 minutes away. Westgate Entertainment District housing the arena and stadium, is only 20 minutes away. Our home is 25 minutes west of the airport with shopping, golf, restaurants, and entertainment just minutes away.

Loved the location. Very close to family who lives in the area. We had plenty of room, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Didn’t use the pool (too cold) and we were visiting family, so main festivities happened elsewhere. Communication with host was very good and responses were quick. Posted pictures were true to what we experienced. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Beautiful Home Close to Goodyear Ballpark!

We had an awesome stay at this property for my son’s youth baseball tournament at the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Guardians practice facility in Goodyear. It was only 3 minutes away from these fields and the Goodyear Ballpark. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, and nice private pool. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4. It was also very nice to be able to use the garage to not have to keep our car out in the hot sun. Grocery store with Starbucks was just 2 minutes away and very convenient. The home owner, Cherie, was extremely responsive and accommodating to any question or request we had. Very easy to work with! Only slight downside is the neighborhood wasn’t great and pigeons in the area sometimes like to hang around the pool. The owners have done everything they can to mitigate this. These were only minor and overall 5 star rating! We would definitely stay at this home again!
