Featuring bright, coastal tones and décor, the interior offers an open layout for gathering with friends and family. The living area offers sofa seating, a cozy electric fireplace, and cable TV. A partially separated seating area comes equipped with a dedicated desk, perfect for remote work needs. The full kitchen comes updated with a gorgeous backsplash, counters and stainless steel appliances so you can plan at-home meals for your stay. There's breakfast bar seating for two and an indoor dining table set for six. You can also enjoy meals al fresco, at the four-seater dining table on the balcony.

Both bedrooms offer direct balcony access for guest convenience.

Do better with cleaning.

First on the way to the unit I do the verification and it denied me for whatever reason. I had to call and be on hold forever but finally fixed it. Then get to the unit and the bathrooms were very very dirty. the whole place smelt really bad. I’ve stayed near the beach before plenty of times this was worse. I went to buy products to clean the bathrooms myself because I can’t shower in a dirty bathroom.

Great place for a beach getaway.

The Islander was perfect for a couples getaway weekend for four. The unit was clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the separate doors from each bedroom to the deck were awesome. After a day at the beach the outdoor shower was a great touch to wash off sand. The pool and hot tub although dated were clean and well maintained. I look forward to renting this unit again when we return to the island.

This unit needs attention. The kitchen cabinets are smeared with dirt, the kitchen utensils and cookware are low quality and old. There was a single large knife that was very dull. The unit was reasonably clean, but still found dead bugs and debris on the floor. The master closet smelled like a dog kennel and was unusable. The sink in the master bath had only a trickle of water pressure. And the shower in the other bathroom, the temperature adjustment lever was impossible to adjust. Why a 9 digit code for the door lock? Excessively long and inconvenient. We probably won't rent a property owned or managed by Vacasa again.

Beautiful and cozy condo

The condo was just as advertised and pictures were spot on. It had an amazing balcony and roomy bedrooms. We had trouble with the tv’s and could only get one to work. Not a big deal for us but with kids it might be a problem. I messaged the number for customer service and got what appeared to be an AI response. I didn’t get any help or instruction on how to get the tv’s to work and when I stated that we would just go without tv there was no apology or attempt to fix the problem. There was also an issue with the water temperature in the showers. It went from cold to very hot and it was difficult to get anything in between. Both were minor problems for our weekend getaway but I’ve seen many other reviews with similar problems and they have not been addressed. Overall it was a lovely place to spend a weekend and we enjoyed it very much.

Very cute and well maintained!!

This condo was very nice and well stocked with all of your needs for cooking and even had pool towels. It’s a smaller community which was great! So it was less crowded than others surrounding. The pool was nice in evening after the beach. The back patio was a great place for our entire family to sit out and enjoy. Would highly recommend this place for your beach stay! We will be back!

Clean, cute and convenient!

The unit we stayed in looked updates, clean and well cared for. The complex itself is a bit dated and the beach is not too close. You have to drive to it or take about a five to ten minute walk. Not bad but it's not on the beach if that is what you are expecting.

off-season at Mustang Island Beach Club

This was our first time at the Beach Club location. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Easy to get to and from and a very nice deck overlooking the pool area. Despite the rain showers we were able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. Inside it had very nice comfortable beachy decor, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with plenty of towels. We also appreciated the washer/dryer and the many pool towels that were provided (tho we brought our own). We only had breakfast/lunch at the condo so we didn't need much in the kitchen. [Glad we brought our own kitchen towels along with a box of coffee fixings.] On the down side was the long walk to the boardwalk-beach access. Because of the rain, flooding and mosquitoes we could not make it to the boardwalk. There was a pond in front. We later learned that there is no ramp - just stairs. It was too far for this senior duo. We chose to get in the car and drive to a beach access road just 2 miles away. One other problem that we encountered and which we shared via text to Vacasa were the roaches. Tiny, yes. But found in 3 rooms. Suggested that they get the pest control out there soon.

Cute condo but off the beaten path…

Cute place with a beach feel. King bed is comfy but guest room bed is terrible The pool hours are clearly posted and every night there were people partying by the pool right outside our window until 5-6am. No one on site to monitor rules. TVs and wifi didn’t work but we stayed gone most of the day. Our main complaint is that it was never stated at booking that we couldn’t have golf cart on site. We go to port aransas a lot and have never been without a cart to get around. If we had known we wouldn’t have booked. We ended up going to Cinnamon shores each day for better beach access. Overall the house was cute and clean but we had a giant cockroach under the fridge who came out at night to greet us we made the best of our time but will never stay at this property again. I highly recommend staying closer to town so you can get around on the beach and town in a golf cart.

Adorable condo

We loved the condo! It was very clean and decorated superbly. Patio was wonderful. Not being beach front, it was too far to walk to the beach. The pool was very clean but small. The grounds were not landscaped well, though the grass was mowed. There were sugar ants in the kitchen and we killed several roaches in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Having lived in Corpus, I realize this is a constant struggle. The sleeper sofa was made of wire coil springs and impossible to sleep on. I suggest getting a foam mattress topper for it. Loved having covered parking. Communication from Vacasa was superb. Overall, we loved the condo! Would prefer to be right on the beach for convenience. Thank you for helping us make wonderful new memories!

p cup coffer need to go to the trash i almost did it myself leaks all over the cabinet when processing the water also the tv and cable is oudated and too hard to operate come on people tvs are cheap right now also hot water ran out every night with 2 people trying to shower

Sand festival weekend

We had a small detour with Google sending us to the wrong address. Thankfully your company helped us find our way with the correct address. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool it was nice and cool on a hot day. We did notice in our parking space some water leaking from above We aren't sure who's pipes were leaking but wanted to let you know there is a leak near parking spot 110. The condo we were in was very nice and welcoming. We did hope to find some extra blankets for the pull out we only found sheets and lots of extra pillows. We also appreciate the pool towels more than two would have been nice also. We did find a few items that were left by previous renters under the bed while we looked to be sure we had everything. So I would suggest when Cleaning to check under beds. We did enjoy our stay and would definitely recommend using you all again to friends and family.

Broken furniture

Our stay was lovely except for an accident that could have been prevented had the property manager or owner inspected the outdoor furniture. An older lady (invited friend) sat down on the outdoor chair which collapsed and sent her backwards hitting her head on the wooden support pillar. She had a good sized lump and some numbness but after icing she felt better. I called the support phone number when it happened so there should be a record of it. Have pictures if needed. Also both loungers were covered in rust so we did not use them. Waiting for recompense Kathleen Carter (925) 367-4339
