Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start a load of towels
Spray carpets with pet stain remover under the sink if your pet caused a stain to avoid extra fees. (Please check, as our maids do not clean pet waste, and a professional service will be called. )
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Aggressive dog breeds are not allowed. Must be potty trained. No puppies or obsessive barking.
No pets are allowed unless the pet has been added and paid to your reservation. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate eviction.
No parties or smoking or you will be evicted! No smoking includes the front and back patio as it comes in the condo.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was a sweet quiet neighborhood. The condo was very clean and felt very cozy and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed and was much appreciated since we cooked many of our meals there. I reached out once with a minor problem and was responded to very quickly! Just finished a few days at this condo for spring break and it was amazing. The condo looks exactly like the photos, is close to everything, and the communication with the owners was excellent. I also have to mention I slept like a queen in that bed.We really appreciated being able to bring our dog, which is always a huge bonus when traveling. Another thing that really stood out was that the owners provided the starter items needed to wash towels and run the dishwasher before checkout. Normally I end up having to buy those things just to follow checkout instructions, so that was a really nice touch.Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo is beautiful and very well stocked. The hosts have thought of so many things to make the stay comfortable. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, plenty of towels, and essentials like soaps, paper towels, and garbage bags to get started. We really enjoyed the location with amenities such as golf, walking trails, pool, and fitness center.
