Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, entertainment, ice cream shop, coffee shop, and shopping. 1 mile to Publix groceries, Rucker John’s in Emerald Plan tation, water slide and so much more family fun!

The host is super gracious and accommodating. She was flexible with the check in and check out times. She made an effort to let us know about places to go and things to do. She is just and all around friendly and welcoming person. We will definitely look to book this again.

“If you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough!” read a cute sign hanging in the dining nook. True to form, this condo was at the beach, which makes it lucky enough. Quaint decor, 2 bathroom place with spiral stair to 2nd bedroom loft. My wife & I enjoyed the getaway at Pebble Beach!

Condo was beautiful. Wish the ocean was in view but you could still hear it. Our host Dawn was amazing, so nice and helpful. She gave me ideas on where to go and things to do. She even offered us to stay another day, but we couldn't. We felt safe in the gated community. Everyone we encountered was nice.

Wonderful location and comfortable place to stay!

We had a great time staying here. The condo is quaint, clean, and included everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The condo is a close walk to the beach and my kids loved swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

As a Registered Nurse, life can be so serious. I've been so fortunate to have hosted such wonderful families and have truly enjoyed being able to be a part of a joyful time in their lives. This is such a welcomed change from my day to day.

Why they chose this property

Our gated neighborhood is so peaceful, but smack dab in the middle of entertainment, restaurants. A person could spend most of the week at the pools, tennis courts and beach - then walk over to Gaffers for lunch or get some ice cream from Village Ice Cream and Candy. Perhaps more importantly, stroll over to the wine store for a bottle of cabernet. Pebble Beach seems to attract excellent guests and we enjoy our interactions with others on the complex.

What makes this property unique

Families love our complex for the indoor and outdoor pools, the safety of a gated community with security in season and easy walk to the beach. The property and decking walkway are well maintained. I think we are the only the property on the island to have our own water treatment.
