About this property

Third floor condo villa with amazing views off a private balcony with table and chairs. Well-maintained and loved cozy vacation space with recent upgrades to both bathrooms and the main living room. Turtle-theme carries through the living room, bathrooms, and even the kitchen. Each bedroom has a smart TV as does the living room. Primary bedroom has queen bed, private bathroom, and beautiful views. Secondary bedroom has two twin beds and direct access to the tubbed-bathroom. Condo building is second to the beach with easy access via boardwalk or ramp. Each access point has a shower/rinse station. Roughly 1 mile to the Point. Paved path outside of complex that goes for miles along Coast Guard Rd and 58 and is great for long walks, runs, or biking. Close to shopping and restaurants including Gaffer's and the ice cream shop (which should be visited just for the amazing smell!) Condo complex has five smaller buildings - it is a quiet and peaceful, gated community. There is also kayak storage, bike racks, a basketball court, and a tennis/pickleball court. Property is professionally maintained and landscaped and you will likely spot our local deer, bunnies, and freshwater turtles. Villa also overlooks one of two property pools. Two paved parking spots (any available in lot). Building does not have an elevator (the view is worth it- especially when the dolphins are jumping!)

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed the view from the balcony, the proximity to the beach, the town of EI as well as Beaufort. Would definitely stay here again.

quick getaway

I stayed for a couple days just to getaway to the beach. The property is clean. Furniture is comfortable. Check in process was a breeze. It is walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The complex was well maintained and quiet. It was perfectly located within a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. We struggled a bit with the new Nest thermostat but Amy was available immediately each time to help us out. There is no doubt that the next time we want to stay in Emerald Isle we will look up this place first. I would highly recommend it.

I love the beach and ocean and turtles and have always dreamed of living close to water. My family lives in NC and has visited the beaches on the coast many times. In 2009, my boss let me stay at his Pine Knoll Shores property. In 2020 my parents moved to Indian Beach and we started spending a lot more time in the area. In 2022, we had the opportunity to purchase a property in Emerald Isle, and we jumped at the chance. Seeing the dolphins sealed the deal. :) We love sharing our special place with others so they can make as many happy memories at the beach as we do.
