TOTALLY NEW HOUSE! 

3BR/2Baths with a heated swimming pool. Open concept kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare any meal. Intimate family room with sofas and 65' smart TV (You can use streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video). Outstanding huge backyard with heated pool and outdoor lounge area for real relaxation. It can sleep up to 6 in real beds and we have an additional bed sofa. Optical fiber 1Gb high-speed internet, full WiFi mesh coverage indoors and outdoors.

At our house, we provide all the amenities needed to make your vacation unforgettable. The house was fully renovated in 2021. The backyard is totally new, designed meticulously to make you feel in a tropical oasis! Bring your family and enjoy memorable moments here!


Great location, within walking distance from Las Olas! Endless selection of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Early check-in/late check-out can be discussed.
Only 2 miles from Downtown Ft Lauderdale, 2 miles from Ft Lauderdale Airport, and 3.5 miles from Ft Lauderdale Beach!

This house can accommodate a large family! 

Fully furnished kitchen for 6 guests, refrigerator with ice dispenser, freezer, blender, and garbage disposal. Prepare yourself a coffee in the Keurig Coffee machine with a built-in milk frother. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or in the outdoor living room. Relax by the heated pool or sunbathe on the chaise lounger chairs. A BBQ grill(gas) is also available to enjoy!
A full-Size washer and dryer are available. Private parking space to accommodate 3 cars.
DIGITAL LOCK WITH CODE! / SELF CHECK-IN
You will be renting a whole house, and have access to all areas. There are no shared areas. Access to the house is through a digital lock, you will get the code once you confirm your reservation.

Daily optional cleaning service is available, please reach out to us for more information.
Do you have a large crowd? No problem! It can sleep up to 24 if you rent our Twin Gems house, and by unlocking the privacy door in the backyard fence you can connect both backyards. Please contact us for availability, we count on 5 houses around the area.

Perfect Little Paradise

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay prior to our cruise. With the backyard space and heated pool, there simply was no reason to leave. It worked out perfectly for our multi-generational family trip.Host was very quick to respond to all requests.

This house was absolutely beautiful

We will definitely be back to stay at one of their homes whenever we go back. It was an amazing experience and everything was perfect! We ended up staying at 2 different properties and both were a great experience! Highly recommend this place to anyone. Very quiet neighborhood and well taken care of.

Amazing backyard

Beautiful House!

We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The backyard and pool were amazing. The pool has a new heater and was super warm and lovely to swim in. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable also. The only thing that would have made this more family-friendly is a secondary lock or alarm for back patio that goes to pool area. Our 4 year old could easily unlock the door and get outside by himself.

Parrot life review

This house is smaller then it appears in the photos...good for a small family though. Neighborhood is quiet, but...very run down, and you will get the occasional weed smell , but the backyard is very spacious, and the pool is well taken care of twice a week.

Incredible experience

It's difficult to describe this magnificent house and backyard. It is so private and lush. We barely heard the neighbors. There was no reason for us to leave as we had everything we needed to have a fabulous reunion. There is a lot of space to gather and chat or be on your own. There are areas of shade and sun. The pool was great also. A definite destination house. Thank you!

Girls Birthday weekend getaway

Very cute property with a massive backyard to enjoy. The only comment I would make or what I would suggest is the only spot that doesn’t have the astroturf on the fence (behind the trees) needs to be covered. The children would keep peeping through and asking up ridiculous questions and it was quite awkward at times. Other than that it was a lovely stay for what we needed!

Nice place

Communication was quick. Check in process was easy. Appreciate letting us in a little early. Well updated and backyard was beautiful. Neighborhood is a little run down. House smelled like pot and there was no power to microwave. Host apologized and offered to come replace air filters and sent out an electrician the next day to fix power, which they did and was resolved. Host was friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and overall it was a great stay.

Great house and pool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks while attending activities at the convention center. The house looks recently updated and remodeled. Everything in the home is new and extremely clean. The backyard/pool area is fantastic. We liked the convenience of the location as well. I only needed to communicate with the manager a couple of times and the response was immediate, kind, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
