Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the heart of Scottsdale! Close to many shops and restaurants and a perfect home to enjoy with your family. Gorgeous mountain views and a vast, open layout with a pool table. You will love this quiet neighborhood. Many beautiful golf courses and hiking trails close by.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

The garage at this property is used for homeowner storage, and guests do not have access to it.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

Golfing get away

Very roomy house. Many dishes, silver, etc. Nice appliances. Quite and comfortable back yard with large pool and grill. Comfortable bed. Large screen television with access to ROKU, Netflix, etc. It would have been helpful to have a binder with instructions for heating, cooling, TV, recommendations for dinning, etc. The noise from the pool's circulating pump is annoying. There's a birds nest in attic above the kitchen window. Most of the cues don't have tips. I believe the price to value is proportional.

Great location, pool needed attention

An older property conveniently located to many area attractions. Everything was 5-15 minutes from us. The pool needed some Maintenance and cleaning when we arrived. The property manager was able to get a pool Technician to the house on day 2 to conduct maintenance and cleaning that should have been done prior to arrival. Overall the house was clean and I’m a quiet neighborhood.
