Remodeled in 2022 with all new furniture, you will never want to leave this beautiful condo in the gated community of St C. Sit on the balcony with your morning coffee to watch the sun rise over Buck Island and enjoy the uninterrupted sea views. You may even see sting rays and turtles on clear water days. Explore the island with its pristine beaches, botanical gardens, amazing food for every palette... the list goes on.
Provided for your beach trips are beach towels, snorkling gear, cooler and large beach bag. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances.
If you are on a work/vacation trip, the desk in the bedroom will make you the envy of your colleagues with the amazing views.

By the sea

Great location, close to many places and easy to find. Car highly recommended! We loved the balcony and fell asleep listening to the waves!

Stunning views with all the comforts of home.

Wonderful condo with all that we needed! Located in a great location to visit all St. Croix has to offer. Concierge service was a nice touch to start of our vacation. Millie helped us with making restaurant reservations and made suggestions on where to visit. We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here when visiting St. Croix.

Loved the private balcony and unobstructed, private ocean view!

This was our first time visiting St. Croix and we had such a wonderful, 19 day stay here at “Sea of Tranquility”! The newly, renovated condo is conveniently and centrally located on the island with private, ocean views on the balcony that we absolutely fell in love with! Our host and property manager, Melanie, was great to work with, and she was attentive and prompt with any questions we had, before and during our stay. When we settled in, we were only given one set of bath towels for 19 days. When we contacted Melanie, she came right over and gave us two more sets of towels. Everything that was list to be provided in the unit was: beach towels, cooler, beach bag, 2 bag chairs (one chair is dry rot and could use replace). I don’t know if this always happens, but Melanie arranged for Millie Johnson to meet and greet us at the airport. Once in our rental car, we were able to just follow Millie back to our condo. That was such a nice perk after a long day of travel, arriving in a new place, and also adjusting to driving on the left side of the road. Once inside the condo unit, it was lovely and nicely (and simply, which we prefer) decorated. We liked that all the furnishings were new. Couches were comfortable, and so was the king size bed. The pool was in working order, but was a little disappointing aesthetically. We already booked our stay for next January!! All in all, it was wonderful!!!

We bought this condo as our small piece of paradise where we can escape the Chicago winters and top up on Vitamin D!
We are originally from the UK, but moved to the USA in 2006, becoming citizens in 2017. We also own a condo in the mountains of Colorado for winter ski and summer hiking vacations.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because we wanted to wake up each morning and see/hear the sea. Perched up on the cliff above the clear blue waters, your morning coffee takes a little longer to finish as you don't want to leave the balcony and the views.
Although you need a car wherever you stay in St Croix, our condo is just 5 minutes from Pelican Cove Beach, 10 minutes away from the restaurants and shops of Christiansted, and nothing on the island is more than 40 minutes away, wherever you go.
We are fortunate enough to have 24/7 security on site and amazing staff who are ready to help however they can.

What makes this property unique

The location is very much sought after on the island due to it's proximity to Christiansted, but also the stunning views from the balcony. Not all condo's in the St C Condos have the view we have. We have a community pool and deck to soak up the sun.
