Just right

We enjoyed the small apartment and it was convenient to all our excursions. There's a small restaurant just a mile away which was very convenient considering there's not real kitchen, just microwave, small fridge and coffee pot.

Great spot from which to explore Asheville

We had a really nice stay! The one thing I’d suggest is clarifying that the property is beneath rather than adjacent to the owner. Could definitely hear the family above us. Not a problem, especially if you’re looking for an adorable nook to rest in after exploring the area… but I wouldn’t suggest it for a romantic getaway.

We own an e-bike tour company in Asheville, so we are experienced in making guests feel welcomed and helping them get the most out of their time in Asheville. Our guest suite is attached to our family home, but is completely private. We are happy to help out or give recommendations when requested!

Why they chose this property

This is a newly renovated apartment suite! It has easy access to downtown Asheville as well as the many things to see in the area. It's a quick 10 minute drive to downtown, 5 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway for hiking and scenic drives, and 7 minutes to Whole Foods and other necessities. The queen bed has a new, comfy Tuft and Thimble mattress. The kitchenette is outfitted with all of the essentials in case you want to cook at home.
