We liked the location and the nice view. The host was helpful and giving us information about how to volunteer with efforts to clean up, hurricane Helene
We so enjoyed our stay! Brandon was an amazing host and the suite was very clean and stocked very well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have a fun girls weekend. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend time in Asheville.
We LOVED our stay at this location! It was incredibly spacious and felt like our own personal home. Our pup loved the grassy area. The shower was incredibly spacious and the whole space was modern, updated, and very clean. In great proximity to everything in Asheville. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!
All of the conveniences I could want. Very cozy. I was concerned about it being a basement apartment but there is really no concern necessary. I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t already booked
This was a perfect place for me to stay while in Asheville for a conference. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe staying here and slept great. It ended up being cheaper than a hotel and I had more space so I didn't feel cramped and had a living room to hang out in as opposed to just a bed in a hotel room. It was close to a lake with a nice path around it for morning runs, which was even more perfect!
We had a great 5-night stay at Brandon's place. Very clean. Host super responsive. Great location in general, but I had a special appreciation for the close proximity to Beaver Lake to get a beautiful morning run in. Also, extra credit for labeling every. single. light switch in the apartment!
The unit could sleep 7 people with the blow up mattresses but only 4 slept here. Description for pulling up the drive and going around back to the separate entrance was perfect. I asked the girls if they would want to stay here again our next visit to the Biltmore and they both said they would love to stay again!
Poorly insulated from the sound of the the owners living upstairs.
Nice VRBO accommodation, but three days into my week long reservation, I relocated to a different place to stay. You hear every footstep upstairs, including the dog and all conversations they have anywhere near the kitchen. I was refunded the amount of their cancellation policy. Fine place to stay if you are okay hearing every word of conversations in their kitchen above.

Why we didn’t enjoy our stay
Well it says 2 beds.
We figured one would be a pull out couch. We get to the house to check in and I guess it was the owner who was there? Not sure. We see a mattress in the trash. Needless to say that’s the mattress for the pull out couch we are supposed to be sleeping on. We booked this being close ish to down town and having two beds even if one is a pull out couch. I definitely will be getting a hotel next time seeing as one person slept on the floor and one slept on the couch.
This home was lovely and perfect for our stay with our Golden Retriever who went hiking with us. Brandon, our host, was most accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful time.
Very nice accomodation. Wide and Spacious, just right for two adults and a dog. Clean and tidy, well equipped and a Shower that is awesome! Highly recommended.
This property is conveniently located a short drive from downtown, Biltmore Village, The Barn at Honeysuckle Hill, and all the conveniences you might need. We appreciated how accessible our host was from booking to check-out. The apartment space is roomy, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen is a bit sparse, but it was certainly adequate for our needs. We used the laundry as we had been on the road for several days; the washer and dryer were brand new. Traveling with a small dog, I found the grounds and this lovely neighborhood to be just right for walks and outdoor activities. There is a lovely fire pit and chairs in the backyard. We fully enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Asheville.
This property was quiet, clean and spacious for the two of us and our small dog. Our two-night stay was short, so we didn’t get to enjoy it to the fullest, but enjoyed it nonetheless. The property is not handicap accessible as the steps down to the basement apartment from the parking area are just a series of flat stones so one has to be careful to not fall or slip if the stones are wet. Beaver Lake is a short drive down Merrimon Avenue toward town and is a great place to walk. There are shops and restaurants within a short distance also.
This was a nicely updated and cozy place for a few days stay. There’s not a full kitchen but we didn’t require that. It’s conveniently located and close to everything in the Asheville area.

Location was great, not as clean as advertisers
The location to Asheville was as advertised. There were a some areas that had dirt and dust accumulation. I also ended up getting bit by fleas during my stay. I let the homeowner because it is a pet friendly rental, that way they could treat for this.
