Welcome to High Tide! This hidden gem is THE perfect villa to relax and enjoy some of the best marsh views on St. Simons Island! Situated in a secluded and quiet three home neighborhood on the marsh, High Tide has everything guests will want to enjoy island time. The large pool area and backyard space along with multi-level porches provide guests with incredible marsh views... especially sunrises!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

High Tide is a custom built home with all the features guests will enjoy. The fully stocked chef's kitchen has plenty of space for guests to prepare meals and enjoy the expansive views of the marsh and the ocean. The open floor living plan is perfect for families and groups to gather and spend time time playing games or watching a movie on the large HD Smart TV. On the ground level, guests will find a second den area with an HD Smart TV, poolside bathroom and refrigerator room and a screened porch.

High Tide offers not one but TWO Primary Suites with amazing marsh views! The first is located on the main living level (2nd level) off of the living room and offers a king size bed, HD Smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second Primary Suite, located on the 3rd floor, also has a king bed, en suite bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. Both Primary Suites have direct access to expansive porches to enjoy the unforgettable ocean and marsh views.

In addition to the second Primary Bedroom, the third level also offers a guest bedroom with king bed, spacious bunk room and an office space with marsh views for guests who need to sneak in a little work with their play! There is also a queen pull-out couch in the ground level den. The home has a private elevator with access to all three levels of the home.

The rental was on a quiet cul de sac with stunning views of the marsh from almost every room. You could also see and hear the surf at Gould's Inlet. Location was halfway between the island's two groceries stores, about a five minute drive to the beach and ten minutes to the Village. The property was beautiful and well-provisioned. We loved every minute of our stay.

High Tide is located in a perfect spot on St. Simons Island that is the perfect distance for bike ride around the island. Plenty of room to spread out and take in the view of the ocean or enjoy the sunshine by the pool. At night you can take in a brilliant star filled sky by the glow of a campfire. The house is equipped with most of what you will need-from comfortable beds, a large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms. And with an elevator-no need to haul your heavy suitcases upstairs.

We’ve Been Visiting Ssi for 8 years. This was our best place yet.

The house is beautiful, spacious, the yard and pool are gorgeous. I love the location on the marsh. I enjoyed sitting on the top deck and watching the sunrise over the beach. We will definitely be booking again. The location is quiet, and peaceful, and just ten minutes from our favorite beaches.

Great for family getaway

We had two large families here and it was a dream. Plenty of space, but still felt warm and inviting. The kids had their own space but we never felt too far away. The house is a short drive to anything we needed but also felt private while at home or the backyard. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay though disappointed in the lack of security around the pool. The house is beautifully located off in what feels like the country though it's so close to the center of the island. We we absolutely loved watching the sunrise over the ocean and marsh from the master upstairs and office.

Family gathering at the beach!

It was the perfect backdrop for a family gathering and we took full advantage of the beautiful views and had a luau celebration in the backyard for my dad’s 94th bday. The house is perfect for adults to have private rooms with the kitchen/family room/screened porches providing a variety of gathering places. Beautiful views, great location,perfect house for family gathering and eating dinners in. Nice touch having 4 bikes on the property!

This property was beautifully setup. The interior decorator know what he/she is doing. Plenty of space for all our family. While we didn’t take advantage of all the amenities, it’s amazing that they offer so much. The screened in porches are a perfect touch. Loved this place.

Fantastic home with multiple comfortable spaces to spread out in. Fantastic large kitchen space and walk isles that pictures don't do justice to. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. The multiple decks with comfortable seating, the pool house bathroom and kitchen, the grill, the pool, the media room, office all contributed to a fantastic holiday home. A few maintenance issues to be ironed out by the owner and managers would leave this space as a 5 star experience. We were down one functioning shower during our stay which was a serious blemish.

This House is Beyond Amazing

The house was very clean. The primary suites were fantastic with en-suite bathrooms also amazing. The home is three stories and everyone had plenty of space. Even though the pool looks small in the pictures it really isn’t we had a total of four adults and five kids in it at one point. The location is quiet and pretty private. The home has an elevator for anyone who may need it.We bought groceries and we made great use of the chefs kitchen and the grill. An earlier checkin and a later checkout would make you feel like you are getting the most bang for your buck. We plan to book again for a girls weekend. We will be back for sure!!
