About this property

This updated cottage is ready for familes ready to experience everything Northern Michigan has to offer in the summer. Bay View is centrally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs allowing you to enjoy both towns within minutes. One of the only cottages in Bay View with both A/C and central heat. The cottage easily sleeps up to 7 people with a private master suite downstairs with king bed and bath, and two bedrooms upstairs (queen, twin and full bunk beds). The back porch, grill and table are perfect for family gatherings. Steps away from the waterfront, Stafford's Bay View Inn and the bike path allows you to easily access everything in both Petoskey and Bay View.

Great Hous - Great Host

Excellent house and great host with perfect communication. A little noise from the main road is the only very minor complaint.

Best of Petoskey

This cottage is a perfect stay for people that are looking to spend time in Petoskey - perfect location, very close to downtown (just a few miles away) and to the beach (walking distance). From there we also visited Charlevoix and Mackinac Island! The cottage is historical and charming, has a perfect set up for family gatherings with enough bedrooms & bathrooms , nice kitchen, and many appliances for your convenience. Betsy was very kind and the whole experience was perfect for my family. Certainly we'll be renting it again!
