The lower level walk-out includes a living room which has a queen size sofa sleeper, a bedroom with a queen bed in it, a full bath, and laundry room. The main level offers a living room with natural fireplace, dining area, updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steal appliances, half bath, and access to a comfortable covered deck with beautiful views of the sunrise. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two twin beds, a master suite that has a king bed, walk-in closet, private deck, and an en suite bath that includes a large soaking tub, shower, and double sinks. Be sure to take a short walk to the Offield Viewlands Nature Preserve next door which has miles of extraordinary walking trails and stunning views of the surrounding area. Just steps from the condo is the heated community pool, basketball courts, pickle ball court, and children playground. Located in a prime location between Harbor Springs and Petoskey, you are only minutes from the Petoskey State Park, Ski Hills, World Class Golfing, Lake Michigan, restaurants, and shopping.

Perfect location

This condo had everything we needed for our party of 2 adults and 2 children. Very well equipped and located in a beautiful countryside location. It was a short drive into Petoskey for dinners and only an 8 minute drive to the Highlands and Nubs Knob ski area.

Great place

Condo was quiet and had great amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows which we appreciated. Full stocked for our needs. In a good location for easy travel to downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a family get away!

We took our family, my mom, sister niece and nephew and had a wonderful visit! The condo was comfortable and with the big back deck it felt like extended living area. It really felt roomier than we thought it would be! Also, the amazing trails for hiking around the place were an added bonus, and the heated condo pool was put to good use!
