STUDIO , 2 mn to friar's bay BEACH / CONDO COSI with a little garden
You will access the residence composed of 14 villas by a dead end street, you will not be disturbed by the noise of the traffic, only the residents use it. Your access to the accommodation is completely private as well as your parking space.
Completely renovated in November 2020, the studio with garden is completely independent of my villa, private access 24 hours a day as well as a parking space allocated to you. You will have quality comfort, new air conditioning, fan, lounge area, new bedding and an equipped kitchen which will allow you to prepare your meals. Water in Saint Martin is a rare commodity as the island does not have any natural water resources, it is advisable not to drink tap water whether it comes from the city network or from a water tank. rain.
During your stay I will always be available to meet your expectations.
