About this property

Pets allowed, family friendly, infrared sauna of Saunalux

Our comfortably furnished house (about 85 square meters of living space) is located in a quiet central location in the glory Dornum.
Sights (moated castle, synagogue, Beningaburg, Bockwindmühle) and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
The distance to the nearest beach resort Dornumersiel is about 6 km.
The holiday home is a carport and other parking spaces for cars.
Bicycles can be parked in the covered and lockable shed.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a charcoal grill and a beach chair.

The house is for max. 6 people.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bedroom (double bed 2x2m / high lying area) with a TV and a bathroom with shower / WC and underfloor heating.
Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a bed (1.4x2m) and each with a large fitted wardrobe. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a TV in the closet. In addition, there is a guest toilet with sink on the upper floor.
Since recently, the house has an infrared sauna for up to 2 people. The sauna is ideal for those with problems in muscles and joints.

Wi-Fi is free.

A high chair is available.

Travel cot, bed linen (10 € per person), towels (10 € per person) can be booked through the caretaker.

A welcome folder with various information about the environment is waiting to be read.
Various leaflets about mudflats, attractions for children, etc. are also missing.

Dogs are welcome. (Once 10 € per dog)

The spa administration also raises a guest contribution for each guest.
This includes the creation of the "Nordsee-ServiceCard".
This ServiceCard is an entry or Advantage card for a varied holiday.

Tolles Haus, für Senioren (untere Etage) und Teenies( obere Etage) bestens geeignet

Das Haus war sauber, warm und bestens ausgestattet. Lediglich ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Seife zum Händewaschen und Müllbeutel fehlten. Das Bett für ein Paar etwas klein, aber das Seniorenbett dafür Luxus. Für unsere Teenies waren die 4Ferneher die in jedem Zimmer zur Verfügung standen, inclusive WLAN natürlich erste Klasse und Oma kam auch auf ihre Kosten. Nur das Klo war ihr zu tief, ein Griff oder eine Erhöhung wären von Vorteil gewesen. Ansonsten alles supi, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist optimal. Supermarkt, Restaurants usw in Fußnähe... Nach Dornumersiel in 10 — 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Das einzige was etwas störend war, ist die Belüftung vom unteren Schlafzimmer. Das lüftet man quasi in/über den Schuppen. Das war bei über 30 Grad nicht ideal. Aber ansonsten kein wirkliches Problem.

Es war alles gut und die Informationen zur Anreise kamen pünktlich und waren klar. Leider war es etwas weiter weg entfernt als gedacht, jedoch würden wir immer wieder buchen

Urlaub an der Nordsee

Fähren für die Inseln in kurzer Fahrstrecke erreichbar - Edeka mit Bäcker Fußweg 5 min. Objekt sauber Küche etwas klein , Sofa zwar schön anzusehen zum Sitzen leider sehr hart und unbequem.

Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Agentur war problemlos, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Unterkunft sehr gut. Für eine vierköpfige Familie ist genügend Platz im Haus vorhanden.

Sehr zentrale aber ruhige Lage. Reibungsloses ein- und auschecken. Das Haus an sich war sehr sauber und war von der Größe her für 4 Erwachsene echt top.

Schönes Ferienhaus, toll ist die Infrarotkabine und die heimelige Atmosphäre. Alles da was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Kommen gerne wieder.

für ältere menschen sehr gut für Familien mit Kleinkindern oder Hunden nicht geeignet sonst ist das haus schön , sauber nur in der küche fehlten uns einige dinge

Ruhiges Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir waren zu viert im Urlaub, dafür war das Haus gut ausgestattet und völlig in Ordnung, jedoch für 6 Personen in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer zu klein. In der Küche war alles, was man braucht, eine sehr gute Ausstattung, das untere Schlafzimmer war sehr gut, die anderen Betten sehr hart. Insgesamt war es sauber und empfehlenswert.

Hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, Haus Super für uns.

Das Haus war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben im Haus alles gefunden was wir brauten und noch mehr. Wir bedanken uns bei den Besitzern, das wir das Haus so nutzen durften. In der nähe hat man alles was man so braucht. Die Ortschaft ist schön und liegt so das man mit kurzen Wegen alles erreichen konnten. Wir waren mit Haus und der Umgebung sehr zufrieden. Wir würden wieder kommen gerne auch wieder in dieses Haus.
