Cozy house on the North Sea - now with wallbox for electric cars

Our holiday home was renovated in 2015/2016 and is now available for rent for the first time.

It is located in the immediate vicinity of the dike in a small cul-de-sac far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so that you can feel the peace and relax here from everyday life. There are plenty of opportunities for children to play here, for example in the enclosed garden or on the turning hammer directly at the house. There is no car traffic and our semi-detached house is in the second row behind the street. A playground is nearby.

The high-quality house with 95 square meters offers enough space for 7 people.

On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The living area is equipped with a fireplace, where you can spend nice hours together.
The new, fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room. Here you will find, among other things, a cooker with extractor hood, an oven, a coffee and sense machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom with a bunk bed. All windows have shutters on the ground floor.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a very large shower.

On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and a cot and an LCD color TV, in the second Bedroom there is a 120 cm wide bed and another LCD color TV. In both rooms, the windows can be darkened by blinds.
There is also a second, well-equipped shower room.

Washing machine, high chair, cot (no travel cot), mosquito nets and 2 awnings are also included.

Thanks to the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you can also bring your grandparents or a family with you, as there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the top floor.

Due to the smaller dining kitchen, the house is best occupied by 6 people, but there are sleeping facilities for 7 people and a small child. Then it gets a little narrower in the kitchen.
Since the house has 2 bathrooms, the bottleneck is on the dining area. Please look at the pictures.

Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge.
There is parking for 2 cars next to the house.

Final cleaning costs € 60, plus € 10 for each dog.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels can be rented on site from our manager. Optionally, the beds can also be made.
