Relax with family or friends at this cozy 1530 sf, one story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a pool table and some table games in the garage, for this reason, the garage is not available to park inside, but has plenty of space to park on the front driveway and enough. You can also enjoy some grilling on a neat and fully paved backyard. It has very easy access to Fwy 95, and it’s about 10min to the strip and 20min to the airport. It’s very close to shopping centers and grocery stores. It has all you need to have a nice stay.
Also, If you like hiking, you can be in Red Rock Canyon in 25min

Cozy and clean

We loved the faux fireplace, the coffee area, pool table and the beds and bedding were very comfortable and cozy. Great stay!

Quiet neighborhood

This is a very nice quite home 15 mins away from the chaos of the strip! A very comfortable place to stay in Las Vegas.

Excellent location

Exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, and host was really helpful. Was great to have a quiet place to come home to after exploring the Strip!
