Spacious Saratoga home with Heated Pool and close to TRACK and SPAC!!

A beautiful single family home located on a quiet cul de sac within minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs, SPAC, Racetrack and more! Imagine horse racing, going to a concert and dining out on the town in Saratoga then within minutes being able to come home to the relaxing space you rented with a heated pool, plenty of seating areas outside. There is a large freshly painted deck and a new Weber gas grill hooked up to a dedicated gas line so you are not filling a propane tank! A huge yard that allows the room for you hang out and play yard games! (We have Yard Yahtzee and Corn hole for you). The home features a large open concept kitchen with a wine fridge and plenty of extras including an air fryer, blender and all of the necessities to cook! We recently added a game room complete with chess, checkers, card games, and board games! The house features a large primary bedroom with 2 closets (both huge walk in closets) and an en suite bath, double vanities and separate shower! 3 other bedrooms will accommodate your additional family members (all bedrooms are on the second level) and our finished basement is sure to please with a NEW Peloton bike and games for the kids! There is extra sleeping space in the basement as well, There is also a dedicated office/flex space for those of you who have to work. (I am also guilty of this on vacation) but it is outfitted with a desk, chair and a printer for you to complete your work! There is also a new queen sleeper sofa in the office for extra sleeping space! We are also a Smart home with built in Bluetooth speakers in the Primary bathroom, Bluetooth table speaker in the living area, Nest Doorbell and more! Everything you need will be here for you to have the MOST amazing stay in our beautiful town! Located on a quiet cul de sac! PLENTY OF PARKING!!

The place was an excellent shape very clean. The pool was very nice. All the bedrooms were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay there.

We are a family of 5 who have always vacationed in Saratoga Springs and fell in love with it the first time we stayed there! Now we own our own home there and can't wait to share it with you!

Why they chose this property

This home has everything you will need! A quiet cul de sac location, close to town and all of the exciting events that take place including horse racing, the Casino, SPAC for hiking, biking and CONCERTS!! So much fun to be had in this amazing town! Our home is fully stocked with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a finished basement. The backyard is an oasis with a heated pool, large deck, BBQ and more! Great family neighborhood! There are video cameras for protection on the outside of the property only. The side yard, front yard on the driveway and the backyard large birds eye view of pool only. We can not zoom in to see people. It is to protect the property only. We also have a ring doorbell.

Heated pool, Smart home, easy access through VRBO with keyless entry texted to guests right before their stay. Peloton for those who love fitness, bikes in garage too! (Bring your own helmets). BBQ grill is hooked up to a dedicated gas line so you will not need to worry about running out of gas for cooking on the new Weber grill. Pool toys and towels are included. New deck furniture and pool furniture. Beautifully lit landscape at night! Another unique bonus if you are a Veteran or active duty military member there is a Navy station right around the corner on Washington Street with a PX Grocery Store and liquor store and they also rent a multitude of boats, kayaks, canoes etc. A great perk for all of the military members!
