This house was amazing. It was extremely clean with plenty of space for everyone to be together inside and out. We were able to grill and the pool was the perfect temperature. The hot tub also worked very well. Eric was very accommodating and responsive. It was an amazing weekend!

We were in town for a concert. The place was spacious with fantastic private pool and hot tub amenities. Clean with towels and bedding provided! Communication was perfect.It was a wonderful experience. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!!

This property has a beautiful yard and is perfect for a family looking to relax and enjoy Saratoga. It’s very close to the racetrack and downtown and the pool is perfect for relaxation and fun. I would definitely recommend the property. We had 10 people staying and plenty of space. The layout worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, and the owner was very responsive to our needs! He even ordered a an electric mixer ahead of time for us!

Beautiful spot. Very comfortable for our group of 10 adults ad my 2 year old son. . Private, clean, and close vicinity to everything! Supermarket, target, restaurants, etc.The host was very responsive. There were some electrical problems from a previous storm that knocked out the heated pool, which was unfortunate, but we still utilized it during the day hours.I would recommend this property to anyone looking to take advantage of what Saratoga has to offer. Hope to be back next year!

Great house

We enjoyed the stay here. The pool is great and location is right in the center of the track, downtown, and concert venue. We had an issue with the prior tenant left a few issues for us and Eric was on it right away. Would stay here again.

Great Gathering Spot

Perfect house to gather friends around the pool or on the back deck. It's in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown Saratoga and the track. It's only 1 mile from the Fresh Market. Although we didn't use the pool, it would be perfect for families with kids.

Beautiful home with three different spaces to hang out. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus several of us enjoyed. The kitchen was very well equipped. We didn’t try to park in the garage since the driveway could accommodate four to five vehicles. Home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great couple of days. Eric gave us an early check in which was big plus. Check in was easy with numeric keypad Backyard was awesome . Plenty of both shade and sun.
