The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please let us know if anything is or gets damaged during your stay. Our cleaning team inspects the home before and after each stay to ensure everything is left in good condition
All of your trash must be removed from the fried and house. Trash cans should be pulled across the road ( please do not block the neighbors driveway()
Please take care of our home , we are not a big corporation and this is our home we are sharing with you we ask that you treat it with care.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Open flames inside the home including candles are not allowed, for safety purposes. using candles ect will result in a $150 charge.
if you violate the rental age policy, we will be charged a $300 fee. ( this policy is for the safety and security of the neighbors and liability)
please do not place anything with sand on it in the washer or dryer, doing so will damage the washer and you may be subject to repair charges

We’re a Tennessee family who simply loves the beach and traveling—just like many of our guests. Our favorite travel companion is our sweet labradoodle, Shadow, who keeps life fun and full of energy.
Sharing our home means a lot to us. It truly fills our hearts knowing that families and friends can come here to relax, reconnect, and create lasting beach memories together.
We’re both music lovers, people of faith, and proud parents to our son. As a golf family, much of our time is spent traveling to junior golf tournaments, which has given us a deep appreciation for comfortable, welcoming places to stay—something we strive to provide for every guest.
We hope you’ll enjoy our little slice of the coast as much as we do.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—a relaxed, neighborhood feel with a true beach atmosphere. Being just a short walk to the water was a must for us, and we love how easy it is to enjoy the beach anytime of day.
Another big reason we fell in love with this area is how pet-friendly it is. It’s a wonderful place to bring your furry family members along and feel right at home.
Most of all, we appreciate that it’s away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect spot to unwind, slow down, and truly enjoy a peaceful beach vacation.

What makes this property unique

What makes our home special is the care and attention we’ve put into recent updates. It’s been freshly refreshed with new flooring throughout, beautiful granite countertops, a new bathroom vanity, and updated aluminum hand railings—giving the space a clean, modern feel while still keeping that cozy beach charm.
One of our favorite features is how close you are to the water—just about a 60-second walk to the beach, making it easy to come and go as you please.
Upstairs, the private deck off the bedroom is a perfect spot to relax, sip your morning coffee, or unwind in the evening while taking in peaceful ocean views. It’s one of those little spaces that really makes your stay feel special.
