Last Disney Family Vacation-BOOK DIRECT with Reunion Resort
Such a shame...the home is in need of repairs but was as described for the most part. Despite the listing there was no grill available for use. Nowhere does it state that there is a fee involved or that it needs to be prearranged. Before booking, I submitted a question regarding using the resort amenities during our stay, the only response was that the water park would not be included in our reservation. We were looking forward to playing Foot Golf on our last day and were disappointed when we were told we could not do so because we booked through a third party booking site...VRBO/ORANGE VACATION HOMES... rather than directly through the Resort itself so we had no wrist band and therefore NO Amenities were at our disposal. The game room could not be used the first day until we removed the trash cans & left the GARAGE doors open to air it out since the baking garbage in the stuffy unair-conditioned GARAGE was left behind by previous tenants. In the MBR facing the street someone dismantled the smoke detector and it was/is dangling from the ceiling. The downstairs bedroom was missing the curtains/curtain rods and the closet door was off it's track as was the closet door in the upstairs with the 2 double beds. Wanna watch TV in any of the rooms-only if you provide your own streaming service. The last night of our stay the AC upstairs stopped working...it was 82° and no response to our complaint until the next morning after we checked out...would they send someone to look at it.
