This beautiful, unique, spacious estate is the perfect Texas retreat for large families, groups of friends or corporate rentals. Just 4 minutes from shopping, restaurants and the Cedar Park medical center and 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The large patio is fully furnished with tons of seating and opens out to an expansive stone patio surrounding the swimming pool with hot tub and outdoor cooking area. 5 bedrooms, 4.4 bathrooms, stunning natural light and unique details throughout the home.
The space
6,000 square feet of living space including a formal dining room, billiard room and a giant game room upstairs set on a full acre in a quiet and private neighborhood. Large, comfortable bedrooms with attached bathrooms, lots of closet space and unique details including secret spaces and passageways between them make this a magical experience for kids. Beautiful grounds and activities including ping pong, cornhole, croquet and frisbee golf. Paintball or airsoft games can be arranged for $500, led by a former Navy Seal. Accommodating hosts are next door and available for anything you need. Early check in may be available on request for an additional fee.

Other things to note
An appreciation for wildlife is beneficial as you'll enjoy seeing native Texas deer, birds of prey like hawks and owls, and a selection of African plains game species are preserved as taxidermy and furnishings. Please note there are Ring cameras for safety and security to monitor the primary entry points from the interior and exterior, the swimming pool and common living areas.

Family weekend

This is our 2nd year at the Woodland House and we absolutely love it there! Our hosts are so awesome and so responsive to any questions we had. We love this house for so many reasons: the space, the amenities like the games in the game room and pool table, the pool, the closed in porch…but most of all it’s been a place that my family has been able to make some sweet memories. That is so invaluable. Highly recommend this beautiful home with fabulous hosts! We look forward to next year as we want to make this an annual trip.

This is a GREAT property with GREAT owners. Private setting, but still close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Our family had a wonderful stay. Overall, VERY good all the way around.

Stellar Stay

We had an amazing stay at the property. The property itself is large and spacious and very clean and very, very well kept. The hosts have thought of all the details and were attentive and went out of their way to make themselves available. We do a reunion every year and this property was the best experience. Thank y'all so much and we can't wait to re-book!
