The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights

Check-out is 10. Remove all towels from bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen & all outdoor areas and place in laundry room. Housekeeping would appreciate if you could start a load of towels before leaving.

If you used it, please clean it, BBQ's, waffle iron's, crock pots, etc.. Clean BBQs ($50. charge) Put all games, water toys, lifejackets and patio furniture away where they were when you arrived.

Empty ALL trash bags in the house, on decks & on the BOAT DOCK into the blue trash bins on the street level. Put umbrella down. Start dishwasher. Again, pls clean the BBQ and cover it to avoid $50 fee

Put all water toys back where you found them, please do not let any of the toys bang up against the dock. Tie them to the floating buoy or put on dock

If you are bringing a pre-approved pet, you must clean up the waste immediately after and dispose of in the city garbage bins at the street level.

Great stay!

Really appreciated how stocked everything was and all the amenities. Very easy to stay at. We cooked at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great spot for 2 families.

The best lake vacation home our family has stayed in

Wanda is very welcoming and available, she also knows what people need when they travel from home. The home had everything we wanted in a lake home; clean and well stocked kitchen, fridges, seating, bedding, towels, rags, bath, deck, patio, firepit, parking, ramp, dock, slide, slip, water, paddleboat, kayaks, paddleboard and trampoline - we enjoyed it all, including Pac-man and a wild game of Lake of the Ozarks-Opoly. We couldn't stay longer, but we plan to stay again. Good wifi and having Woods grocery nearby is a wonderful .

Amazing place!

This house has everything you could ever want and need. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and we spent a lot of time just hanging out on the dock and the large patio area. The kids loved all of the water toys. The downstairs kitchen was perfect for providing space for four families to have food and drinks without feeling crowded. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Property

Are family of 14 had a great time at the property. The house has plenty of beds, bathrooms the main area is nice. With a big kitchen, dining area and large TV with couches in one big open area. Then you have a big deck, lower patio and dock. The dock with a slide was a big hit for the grandkids. I would recommend this property any large grout. Best VRBO stay so far

What a wonderful experience. We were greeted by our host and assured of assistance if needed. We did not experience any shortcomings. The amenities were numerous and very appreciated by my family. Plenty of water toys, cooking options complete with spices and common condiments. We felt like we were in our own home. Excellent access to the property with plenty of parking. They were pet friendly which was a highlight for our 2 1/2 year old black lab. We would not hesitate to stay there again in the future and I highly recommend it to you.

Great family vacation

Location is great, with lots of outdoor space and spaces to hang out. Well-stocked and comfortable home with firm beds and dining for our entire family of 11. Kayaks and water toys were great, and there were comfortable seating options to hang out on the dock. Owner is responsive, kind, and helpful. Can’t really go wrong with this one!

Memorial Weekend Birthday Party

We rented this for my husband's 30th birthday party. The property was absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location. It is tucked back into a no-wake cove so swimming on the dock is wonderful. They had lots of amenities for our guests to enjoy for days out on the lake. I would rent this property again.

Fantastic Experience

I can’t say enough great things about the property and our experience! My family of 10 stayed comfortably in the space and the home itself is absolutely beautiful. We used the kayak, paddle board, corn hole, grill, and fire pit- everything was clean and in good working order. We also loved having multiple outdoor seating options right on the water. Would book with this host and this property again in a heartbeat.

Family Fall Getaway

This is such a wonderful convenient place to relax with many wonderful things to enjoy; from cooking, boating, hanging out on the beach, watching the wildlife, playing games. We could have been there a couple of weeks and not taken advantage of all of the things that are available to use.

Ashley’s bachelorette girls get away

The property was awesome. It was exactly as described. Wanda the host has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The beds very comfortable and hot water for 6 women getting ready to go out on the town. Plenty of water toys for fun on the lake. Fun was had by all. Wanda has all the spices condiments you could think of when cooking at the home. Will definitely consider this location for our next family get away.

Family Vacation

All our family loved this vacation home. We had three teenagers/six adults who kept busy using all the water toys available as it was very hot and they could jump off the pier. On arrival, Josh was very helpful showing us everything we needed to know including how to use the jet ski slip. Having all the paper products, kitchen supplies/supplies, coffee/tea, laundry and bath supplies was a bonus as we didn't don't have to purchase these items. Additionally to our amazement, on the day we left the battery died on one of our vehicles and there were jumper cables in the garage! Wanda/Josh were very quick in responding to all requests. Our family also enjoyed the game room on the bottom level. Would give this vacation home a 5 plus. Thank you for everything you had to make this a memorable family vacation.

Nothing More to Want

Fabulous! Beautiful home. It’s so nice going on vacation and not having to bring everything from home. This house has more than you probably even need. Plenty of towels, plates, silverware and the like. If you need it it’s here, down to chargers if you forgot yours. Nice and clean and organized. Plenty of games played during a rainy day. Don’t need to bring those from home either. We had water fun on trampoline and lily pad. Dock slide is fun. Plenty of space so nobody is under your feet. Nice cove -short trip (walking) to Captain Ron’s. Can sit out on plenty of chairs on dock, patio or the firepit and listen to the band on the weekend. You won’t be disappointed in your vacation choice here. Highly recommend!

Perfect property if you have water toys

The house is great, but is especially great if you have a boat or waverunners. The driveway doubles as a ramp ( it's a community ramp). The ramp is a bit tricky ( we lauched a 38 foot boat), but Wanda, the host, was incredibly helpful volunteering her expertise as a truck driver, to help us manage. Once we were instructed, my husband was able to manage the ramp independently. We also lauched 2 seadoos. The seadoo lifts worked perfectly and the dock easily housed our boat. We had 2 trucks, 3 cars, and 3 trailers and still had plenty of parking space. A real rarity for waterfront property. The property has 3 refrigerators, and a mini kitchen in the lower level. Easily accommodates extended family vacations. Wanda did an excellent job furnishing the home. Quality furniture and linens make for a comfortable stay. Easily the best stocked house we have stayed in. No need to pack your kitchen to take it with you. Seriously, it's stocked. Both Wanda and the home are very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and will return. Well done!

Absolutely Fantastic!

The Lake House is wonderful! It was perfect for our Family Reunion. Wanda is SO helpful and has lived up in everyway to her Superhost status. There are water toys for the little ones and the Teenagers. Everyone had a blast. The house is stocked with everything you would ever need. It feels like a home and you can tell the care and love Wanda puts into the property. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! We can't say enough positive things about this amazing home. The games, the lake, the dock, the yard, the grill, the trampaline, it just goes on and on. Fantastic. We can only recommend this house in the most positive way. Thank you Wanda for helping us create such wonderful memories together as a family and having such a positive, relaxing vacation and family reunion!

Awesome Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this house. The house was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. We took our 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren, ages 6, 7, 8 and 11. They loved everything about it. The kids were able to catch fish off of the pier. There were so many water toys we didn’t have a moment to get bored. We rented a boat for the week at Pirates Point, which was minutes away by water and car. Very convenient. It he property was nice and quiet bring in a cove. We swam everyday and the kids were crazy about the slide on the pier. Wanda, the owner, could not have been more accommodating or helpful. She was there for anything we needed. There was nothing lacking at this vacation home. We are so glad we came !!

Senior Trip

We had 3 families staying together at this house for 6 days. We were spending a week with our girls before they head to college. The house was so easy to get to, no narrow dirt roads, was clean and stocked extremely well! Wanda was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. The amount of lake front area and easy access to the lake was amazing! We did have to share bathrooms and the house itself had a flight of stairs to get to the main room, but that was ok for our group! Others may have concerns. We would definitely rent this property again in the future!

Wonderful Family Home

Our ages ranged from 2-60. Lots of space for everyone. The kids loved the docks, paddle boat and kayaks. The lakefront was perfect for kids. It’s in a no-wake zone area so the kids had plenty of space to swim safely. They loved the trampoline! We didn’t go anywhere because the home and lake were perfect. Very rarely were the kids bored (ages 2, 7,10,11,11). The adults loved it too :) we spent the days under the deck or down by the lake. The fire pit was used most nights. The only FYI is under the deck it’s all stones- not a concrete patio so the kids’ feet took a beating until they remembered their sandals ;) we rate this an overall 10 out of 10 house- perfect!

Great Time with Family and Friends

We checked in and immediately Wanda was there to show us around and gave us pointers where to go and do with the kids. The house was perfect for my friends and family and the game room was a hit. She has all the lake toys. Highly recommend the house and the location is around a ton of restaurants on the lake

I was born in a small town about 2 hours from Lake of the Ozarks. My fondest childhood memories were made at lakes in the Ozarks. My Dad would have the boat and camper all hooked up, the truck and boat fueled up and ready to roll the night before we took off. He shared his love of boating, fishing and camping with us as children and still does to this day. As I grew older, I knew the lake life was for me and I wanted to be able to share it with other families and friends so that they could have the opportunity to make incredible memories of their own. I hope you and yours enjoy the lake as much as me and the pops do!
