The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Check-out is 10.
Remove all towels from bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen & all outdoor areas and place in laundry room.
Housekeeping would appreciate if you could start a load of towels before leaving.
If you used it, please clean it, BBQ's, waffle iron's, crock pots, etc..
Clean BBQs ($50. charge)
Put all games, water toys, lifejackets and patio furniture away where they were when you arrived.
Empty ALL trash bags in the house, on decks & on the BOAT DOCK into the blue trash bins on the street level. Put umbrella down. Start dishwasher. Again, pls clean the BBQ and cover it to avoid $50 fee

I was born in a small town about 2 hours from Lake of the Ozarks. My fondest childhood memories were made at lakes in the Ozarks. My Dad would have the boat and camper all hooked up, the truck and boat fueled up and ready to roll the night before we took off. He shared his love of boating, fishing and camping with us as children and still does to this day. As I grew older, I knew the lake life was for me and I wanted to be able to share it with other families and friends so that they could have the opportunity to make incredible memories of their own. I hope you and yours enjoy the lake as much as me and the pops do!

Enjoy 1 acre of private property and over 240' of lakefront fun for swimming and fishing with water toys. 2 stand up paddle boards, a paddle boat, kayaks, floaties, coolers, etc...

What makes this property unique
Renovation completed in May 2020. An entertainer's paradise with the open floor plan. With the rustic vibe and great views this property will "wow" you and your guests' the moment you walk in the door. A large new double deck added in 2024. Upper deck has a gate that can be used to keep the little kiddos in.
